Vacation rentals with beach access in Oriente

A great stay, the apartment is very well located and the host is very helpful and attentive at all times would definitely repeat again

Cristina was charming, very helpful, and attentive to everything. The apartment was very clean and well kept. It has different places to have a drink on the promenade very close by, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner (highly recommended "La Luna", but you have to go well in advance to get a seat). The area is very quiet, it is very good for a walk and both Gijón and Oviedo are half an hour away by car. 100% recommended this accommodation, just with the proximity and the good treatment of the hosts it is very worthwhile.

Perfect to be a few days near the beach in one of the most demanded places currently in the north of Spain. Very bright, comfortable and clean apartment

The house is very comfortable, it has everything you need, a good location and Maria Luisa is always attentive and we asked her about places to visit and she gave us very good recommendations.

Very thoughtful host, we were with little girls and left us in the apartment the high chair, bathtub, crib… in addition to the breakfast that they leave you complimentary upon arrival. Very well located, by the day you can hear the bars below but for us it was not a lot of problem. On the beachfront, and a few minutes walk from the quotation center.

Beautiful place that is close to the beach. The building is very nice and we enjoyed the space. There are many restaurants and activities around. We would recommend highly.

We had a wonderful stay at Ethel's house. From the first moment she was charming, she welcomed us with a smile and gave us a tour of her property explaining everything with great affection. The house is very comfortable, it is tastefully decorated and has everything you need to enjoy and rest. Very good service. Margarita provided us with the entrance and provided us with a lot of quality information about the area (eating, excursions, etc.). We were very comfortable and enjoyed the house, the garden and the surroundings.

Great house, with sea view and a garden pickle, which we could not enjoy for the time of year, because towards cold, maybe for another time!

New and very clean. Large, covered balcony in the studio apartment - but with a view on the roundabout. Short distance to the old town/harbor and large supermarket around the corner. From our apartment we made a beautiful coastal hike to Playa Poo, which we highly recommend.

We were great at Octavio's place. Clean, in a quiet area and with all amenities. Communication was great and was flexible with checkout. To repeat!

Phenomenal stay, a clean, quiet and very cozy house. Very good communication where he gave us facilities at all times.

Quality accommodation within walking distance of the town of San Vicente de la Barquera. This two-floor flat is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. The garage space is useful but most days we were able to park in the street right outside the flat. Good to have a swimming pool too, though the beaches nearby (San Vicente, Oyambre, Comillas ...) are so good, we didn't make use of it. Highly recommended for a holiday in this area.

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town
