We had a great time at Braanko's place. The accommodation was very well equipped for us and our two-and-a-half-year-old son. The terrace is beautiful and offers breathtaking views. We were looking for a family vacation, mixed with sea and walks and we found everything we needed nearby. Branko was very available, responsive and friendly. Direct and side sea view with landscape panorama, super clean apartment, good amenities, very good air conditioning, modern window shutters that really darken, practical outdoor shower, stable internet. Our child was happy about the cats, the dog and the 3 swings (instead of the no longer available trampoline) in the garden. The host is super friendly and always helpful. Beautiful, child-friendly, very flat sloping sandy beach with free umbrellas 5min walking distance. 2 nice restaurants with playgrounds by the sea. 20min to the beautiful old town of Nin. We had a delightful time.

Dijana’s place is absolutely superb. The lounge and kitchen are spacious and the kitchen is *extremely* well equipped. The two bedrooms are large with a *huge* and comfortable double bed and a single bed each. There’s plenty of cupboard space. The en-suite bathrooms were neat, tidy and spotless. The washroom has an extra shower and toilet as well as a washing machine. There are plenty of good quality towels of several sizes. The patio has a spectacular view out over the sea and the sunsets were breathtaking. The sea itself is easily accessible down a short flight of stairs. The apartment is a short 10 minute drive from several supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. Dijana is a *fantastic* host and responded to any questions within minutes. She provided essential supplies for when we arrived (drinking water, coffee, snacks etc). She bent over backwards to ensure we had a great stay. We would heartily recommend her and her apartment.

We stayed with our son (1 year) at Sandrine and Nicolas's place. The location is great and located on a beautiful private beach. The kitchen is well equipped. There are loungers on the beach and also on the terrace you have everything you need. We got a lot of great tips for the stay from the hosts. Even with questions, we always received a quick response. A small supermarket is right nearby and Zadar can be reached in 30 minutes.

The apartment kept what we hoped for and was sparkling clean. No carpet, everything tiled :-) The pool is very nice and the location of the house suitable for relaxing or excursions, e.g. Zadar, Nin, Krka, Zrmanja, ... - There is a quiet, shallow sandy beach in the village of Ljubac or very nice swimming coves with rocky beach on the opposite coastline at Vrsi.

The apartment is very nice and clean. You have everything you need. The location is quiet and very nice beach spots are right in front of you. There are good restaurants that you can reach by foot next to the beach. Not a lot to choose from but they recommended us one that is close and really good. We think it's a great spot to make day trips to islands and cities or to chill at the beach. The hosts answer you fast and help you with advice and recommendations. We never met them cause the check in and check out is remote and easy. Thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful spot in Croatia.

Absolutely beautiful villa, 50m from a small beach. We loved the garden and the terrace which we could enjoy even though it was the week before Easter and not always sunny. The village and the bay are secluded enough to feel very private but there are nice little towns (especially Nin) and great restaurants within 10-15min driving distance. We can only recommend this place to any family.

Staying at Branka's place is like visiting your grandmother on vacation. The house has just such an energy of peace. I would be happy to stay longer. The location is not suitable for those who want to party, it is a quiet place, for everyone who wants peace.

We had a perfect stay at the property. We were warmly welcomed and looked after, also spent a nice evening with the hostess. Everything as described and new as well as high quality furniture, kitchen and house as well as mega garden and terrace. Super close to the beach and on the dog beach of Razanac The place was very clean and all the necessary and even more was available. We actually did not like to move out. Thank you for everything!

A super great house almost on the beach. The house is new, comfortable and very clean. Hosts Nata and Alen are very friendly. There is also a very good restaurant right next to it. All highly recommended

The stay was the best thing during our trip to Zadar. It is situated in the perfect location close to the old town with a beautiful view from the windows. They had provided all necessary amenities and requirements in the apartment. It is very well equipped for most of your needs. If you are planning for book boat trips or Plitvice lake trips, the apartment is well located within walking distance to the pickup points. The proximity to the old town helps you to enjoy the night vibe of the town and safely walk back to the apartment. I would recommend the place to anyone visiting Zadar. It is usually always booked, you are lucky if you get it.

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was very clean and Petra was very helpful. Zaglav is a lovely town and everyone was very friendly.

We stayed at Davor and Irena’s apartment at the end of May, 2025. The apartment is very clean, equipped with all the necessities we needed (e.g full kitchen, washing machine, AC). It’s a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, we didn’t need a car and were able to walk to the old town as well. In the other direction, there are more beaches/cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, Davor and Irena are really welcoming and hospitable, we had no problems reaching them if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying at their apartment if you’re in Zadar!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.
