We had a dream week at Ljerka and her son Franz's place! Upon arrival, they welcomed us like royalty with a plate of charcuterie and homemade pancakes – a lovely touch that immediately set the tone. Ljerka is exemplary in responsiveness and, if needed, Franz is always available, smiling and willing to help. The apartment is in a great location, quiet, just a 10 minute drive from downtown Zadar. The balcony has a splendid view of the sea, and direct access to a semi-private beach makes the place even more magical. A real little piece of heaven, perfect for relaxing in the sun. We recommend it without a second thought, and even x1000, for all those looking for a peaceful break by the water!

The apartment is about 12-15 minutes by car from the center. It consists of two separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen, and a terrace with a very nice view. The apartment is great for 4 people, there are pots or pans needed for cooking and dishes for 4 people. The apartment has a dishwasher. Near the house you can go for a walk or get to a public beach. The owner is very kind and communicative. The apartment was clean and spacious. I think it's worth it. Recommended

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

We had a great time in Diklo! The apartment was cozy and has a great view of the sea, which we enjoyed every day from the balcony. Kata was very warm and helpful – we felt welcome right away! She speaks great German and gave us practical tips for the area. Particularly beautiful was the proximity to the sea, you can swim everywhere in the village, and the fresh mandarins from the garden. We can wholeheartedly recommend the place and Kata as a hostess! :)

The accommodation was fantastic. The communication with Sabine was wonderful and she was always quick to respond. We were able to get to know her, as she was also on site and found her very likeable. She renovated the old house wonderfully and lovingly. Due to the available structure, creaking floorboards are unavoidable, but did not bother us further. We felt very comfortable. Particularly beautiful was the location right on the water and you could jump right into the sea. On site the smaller restaurants were all wonderful. It was a beautiful little relaxing place not frequented by mass tourism. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

Sandra was our best host during our 3-week stay in Croatia. She welcomed us with her kindness, her goodness, her smile and gave us plenty of tips for visiting the surrounding area. We were also entitled to a small gift upon arrival (drinks and fresh watermelon, cakes and candy for the children) Recommended without hesitation.

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hidden from busy main streets but close to everywhere, clean and with beautiful garden. Our kids loved feeding turtles in the garden and sitting in the swing ❤️

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

We had a lovely five nights in Preko. Vjeran met us at the ferry and it was a quick three minute walk to the apartment. Lovely bright spacious place with two big bedrooms, nice seabreezes and a shady terrace for afternoons. He had left us a lovely platter of prosciutto and delicious local cheese and cherries, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, quiet away from the busy center which thankfully isn’t very busy in June, but close to the beaches and walkable even to Kali. Our best dining experience was at Barbara Konoba just around the corner from the apartment. Definitely recommend for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle in a great central location.

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

I highly recommend this apartment. Perfect for 2 people , the town of Diklo is located 15 min drive from the center of Zadar, you can easily get to it by bike that Filip offers, which is 5 min by bus from the apartment and uber for 7-8€. Very quiet neighborhood, Filip and his mom very hospitable and nice people😊. I recommend☺️.
