Je loopt uit je appartement gelijk het strand op en onder het gebouw zit een wasserette en een hippe coffee bar waar je heerlijk uitgebreid kan ontbijten op elk tijdstip je maar wilt en hun verhuren daar ook vele dingen als fietsen / strand ligbedden / scooters / auto’s / Paddle boards / boten / georganiseerde National park trips etc. om je vakantie compleet te maken. This is a tastefully decorated, newly renovated and a very functional flat which is equipped with all amenities you will need. It is located on the top floor of a small residential building, with a beautiful old-fashioned stone staircase leading three flights up to the flat. The flat has breath-taking views of the bay, and each evening you will see the famous Zadar sunsets from your window.

The parents were always on hand when you needed them, open to all questions. But also very respectful with privacy. The location was very good, Zadar reachable in just 25 min by car. Overall, all travelers were very satisfied and would come back! Thank you for the warm welcome and goodbye!

A clean, tidy, and very nicely decorated apartment with a comfortable bed. It's just like the picture. Easy and fast communication and check-in and check-out. The home is quirky in an office building, but the location of the apartment is great. Andrea is a very friendly and approachable host. All compliments.

We spent 4 nights in Ivan’s place and would loved to have spent another week on top of this. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well equipped, enabling you to easily cook meals and wash clothes if required. The location in Preko is excellent, with a short 5 minute walk to the nearest shops and waterfront. The view from the balcony is beautiful and makes the perfect place to sit and relax. We also loved exploring the island of Ugljan, which easy to do from this apartment, and it is also well situated for getting the ferry to and from Zadar. Ivan was an excellent host who communicated with us well and we can’t wait to return soon!
