All leisure activities, beaches, caffe bars, restaurants, shopping possibilities, petrol station, taxi, public transports, as well as the sights can be reached on short ways, so you can also spontaneously make your plans. We are happy to give a tips on leisure activities and cultural highlights of our city Zadar and his beautiful surroundings.

Apartment is located in small village Poljana on island Ugljan. Ferry rides 20min from Zadar old town or Gaženica port to Preko. From apt. to the beach, shop and beach bar is 5 min walk. Our house is in quiete place where you can relax.There is a large garden with lots of free extra facilities such as a barbecue area,deck chairs, swimming pool (shared with guests from our other apt.), billiard, table tennis, sand boxes. We have big parking under the house just for our guests.

Apartments Marija are located in in a very peaceful area of old Diklo, in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the promenade and the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, our guests can find a shop, a bar, a restaurant and a bus station just few minutes walk away. One of the first things our visitors notice about the beautiful old stone facade as well as the stone details inside the apartments.
