Amazing sunsets, perfect apartment with everything you need. A 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach and 10km in either direction will find you in other smal towns with great beaches too. Ana and Matko are fantastic hosts, so welcoming and full of information so just ask!! We had everything we needed right in Kožino and are looking forward to coming back again.

Our stay at Sonjas house was absolutely perfect. The closeness to the clean sea is of course a great asset, but also the secluded garden and the veranda made our holiday extraordinaire. Even during rain we were outside and protected from being wet, having a very good time. I hope that we will have the opportunity to return soon.

We loved staying with Brice and fully met our expectations. The place is exactly as described. Brice was an attentive, friendly host. He even picked us up from the ferry, offered help for the big shopping and was always available. We felt very comfortable and would spend our vacation with Brice again at any time.

Fantastic house to stay in. It has just been tastefully done up and it's sparkly clean. The beds are very comfortable, great pillows, lovely bedding. Great showers. Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels (even beach towels). Everything works well, everything is provided (oil, salt and pepper...). And the sea is a very short stroll away. The village has a shop and a nice restaurant. Would definitely come back...

We had a great stay in Kozino! Amenities of the kitchen / apartments were great, everything you need. Very large refrigerators incl. freezer compartment. Terraces with BBQ and all accessories and great garden shower. Parking in front of the house is always free and available. Josko was always helpful and very often present. Steps to the sea, two umbrellas and loungers were available for us. The only minor deficiency… Wifi was unfortunately slow…. Overall: Wonderful and happy to come back !

Possibly my favourite stay in Croatia so far. Matej’s house is beyond perfect, with an almost private beach access just in front. There are shops, bars and restaurants within walking disrance, but not so close that they would spoil the peacefulness. We loved everything about this holiday and Matej was extremely helpful with everything we needed.

Staying at the villa has exceeded our expectations many times over. The seaside villa is just so special and beautiful. The view of the port of Sutomišćica, which you can enjoy from anywhere on the property, is a special highlight. The house is also beautifully and tastefully decorated from the inside. Special highlight for us were the four bathrooms au suite. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay.

Amazing villa, some 200 meters from the beach and centre of the village (where you can find grocery stores, fish market, coffee place etc). The place itself is very quiet, all the decriptions are accurate, everything was very clean. Would come back immediately

Super nice place with pool and plenty of comfort, very nice hostess. Very child and family friendly (high chair, baby bed, children's dishes, games,...). From here you can visit Perfect Zadar, the Plitvice Lakes, the Krka Waterfalls and plenty of beautiful beaches and islands. The house is well equipped. Ana provided us with fruit, wine, coffee, sweets for our children,... upon arrival. We were able to barbecue in the garden. In the evening we sat by the cozy stove. Really beautiful (even with sea view) and definitely recommended!!! We say thank you!

If you don't search for crowded place, then this is the great place for you. Everything was as on pictures. The (especially morning) view on the bay is amazing. It is the perfect villa for families where kids can play in/by the pool and the parents can relax. The pool was clean. The villa is very well-equipped and there is everything needed like in standard house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Some notes, that you need to count with: - access route to the house is very narrow and with a wider car it will be difficult (see google street view) - there is a parking place for one car and it is difficult to turn around there - loud music/drunk people every evening from Tramontama beach bar - many mosquitos - repellent is a must - Sutomišćica is a village - there's nothing to do there and there is only one very expensive market where you can't buy anything - many Sea urchins in the sea near the house (look where you step) - quite a windy place

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Frida. Everything was as described on the airbnb page. We especially enjoyed the air conditioning! Special thanks to Sandra, who was very kind and always available via chat.

We stayed one night at Mario and Tamara's place. The listing meets the description and photos. We were 5 and an extra bed was installed in the room composed of 2 single beds. We enjoyed the children being able to sleep in a closed room. The garden is beautiful. the pool and hot tub are very nice after a long drive. We especially enjoyed the view of the sea from the terrace: beautiful! The welcome was friendly and Tamara was available for us: early morning checkout. We recommend this address.

This was a great location for a family vacation. The house was very clean and had everything you could need plus more! The host was great and always responsive. They had fresh tastes from the island waiting on us at arrival! An added bonus - they had a water cooler and 75L of water provided for us, which is very helpful since the water is not drinkable on the island. The pool and grill were nice to have and enjoy after swimming in the sea! We would highly recommend this place!
