Vacation rentals with a patio in Općina Preko

The apartment is on the 1st floor, with a large terrace and dining table. The main room has the air conditioning, the two bedrooms are equipped with new furniture, comfortable bed. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an induction hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge. There are a few steps to get down from the garden on its own concrete beach, where there are 2 chairs and 1 table. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac. The host lives downstairs and is very responsive. There's also a small shop nearby.

Svjetlana, I think she was the best host ever. Very helpful, kind and sweet. I allowed us to check in early by a few hours and left us the opportunity to postpone checkout to restart more slowly. He was able to recommend restaurants in the area and offered to connect us with our daughter, our contemporaries, to make us recommend bars to visit in nearby Zadar 🥰 The apartment was delivered to us impeccably clean and so we took care to deliver it; actually located a few meters from the sea and with a beautiful view that accompanied our breakfasts and dinners on the balcony. In short, a memorable stay. Tip! ✨

With 2 people we stayed here overnight. The apartment is easy to reach and is right by the sea. In addition to the luxurious interior, the private terrace was also pleasant. The pool with self service bar on the second floor is great. Here you can enjoy the sunset and have breakfast in the morning. Furthermore, everything was very clean and we were warmly welcomed. In summary, I only have positive feedback about the hosts of this apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's apartment. The apartment is modern, it was very clean, and it feels cozy and very comfortable. The area is very quiet and just about 5 minutes walk to take a nice swim at the sea. For remote workers this place is great because internet is very fast, and connection very stable. The apartment has a wonderful view from the terrace, which exceeded our expectations. Every day we could see Zadar and the ships on the sea, which gave an amazing effect. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The area is quiet and peaceful, and at the same time very close to the center of Preko and the beaches. Transport to the island is an attraction in itself because you can admire the beautiful views from the ship, and the journey itself does not take long, less than 20 minutes.

We were warmly welcomed despite very late arrival with the last ferry from Zadar. Only for the arrival and departure our host came to the island for one night. Everything was as described . The terrace is fantastic and we spent many beautiful hours here. For swimming, you only have to go down a staircase next to the house. In the morning, a sales cart came every day where you could stock up on bread, doughnuts and croissants. There was also a small fruit and vegetable stand. The small grocery stores scattered around the island were now pretty sold out in the high season. Only in Sali you got all the food. If you want to take care of yourself, you should already bring a "basic equipment" from the mainland ( which is also much cheaper) . If you want to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday, this is the place to be. We can only recommend the house and would be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Anneli's. The apartment was really nice and cozy. We were able to sit wonderfully on the balconies. Anneli was quite magical and available to us at any time. We highly recommend the stay. Zadar is easily accessible. We found the bay where the apartment is located very nice.

Tatianas home is a small paradise. Ošljak itself is not only peaceful but such a beautiful natural gem. The house makes you feel at home, and the surrounding garden and terrace makes it all private but still gives you the view. Tatiana is a very kind host. She answered all questions so fast and even checked up on us after a heavy thunderstorm. It might seem a bit circumstancial to holiday on a remote island (you need to ferry to the other side to get groceries) but this place on Ošljak is all worth it.

Beautiful tiny house in Preko with a small garden and two terraces. You will enjoy it there. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very well maintained, quietly located and the bed is very comfortable! Sanda was very sweet at check-in and tried to point out all the sights of the island. When I got sick and no pharmacy was open nearby, she even gave me some of her medicine. The ONLY disadvantage is (as so often on the island) that the small alleys are not easy to reach by car and the private parking for larger cars is rather not an option. But Sanda was also able to find a solution for this in the past. Otherwise, the apartment and hostess are quite wonderful and highly recommended! Lovely place, we enjoyed the indulgence of the hot tub after a day visiting villages and the national park. The luxury of sitting in the hot water in the evening overlooking the beautiful views. Our stay was peaceful and relaxed, our accommodation had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean.

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

We stayed for 2 weeks as a family with a baby. The location was great, 2min walk to the beach, small shop and bakery one house away. A restaurant and ice cream parlor were also a 2-minute walk away. If you are looking for more chic bars, club and other restaurants, you have to go to the other side of the island, which is also accessible by 15 minutes by car. The apartment with the terrace and shared barbecue area is top! The apartment is on the main road, so also a bit noisy in the evening. But the bedroom is on the quiet side. The contact person on site was very nice and accommodating, always easily accessible. The use of a washing machine would have been great for a longer stay and a few more towels, but there are only small things. If we come to Vir again, we'd love to come back here. a very nice bright apartment with a clean decor. Very well-equipped, impeccable bedding and linen. The apartment is very well located close to the beaches with a nice path to walk. small convenience store nearby and very close to the city center. Luka and Leticia are very friendly and responsive hosts. I found myself in a somewhat complicated situation and they immediately helped me with confidence. The check-in instructions are very clear and private parking on the premises.

I can’t say enough about Kristina and her Mom. They welcomed my family with treats for the kids and a cold beer for myself. The place was amazing and the view even better. If you’re reading this review and thinking of booking the apartment don’t hesitate. Great restaurants within walking distance and the ocean directly across the road. We had such a great time.

Katarina was very lovely and accomodating. We arrived late and it was not a problem at all. The comunication was quick and the place was clean and tidy. The bed is super comfortable and best of all, we could take our dog with us! :)
