Az apartman az 1. emelten van, nagy terasszal étkező asztallal. A nagyszobában van a légkondicionáló, a két hálószoba új bútorokkal, kényelmes ággyal van felszerelve. A konyha nagyon jól felszerelt, indukciós főzőlap, villanysütő, mosogatógép, nagy hűtő. A kertből pár lépcsővel saját betonozott strandon lehet lejutni, hol 2 szék és 1 asztal is van. A ház egy csöndes zsákutcában van. A házigazda a földszinten lakik és nagyon készséges. Közel van egy kis bolt is.

Ci he permesso di anticipare il check-in di qualche ora e ci ha lasciato la possibilità di posticipare il check-out per ripartire con più calma. Ha saputo consigliarci ristoranti in zona e si è offerta di metterci in contatto con la figlia, nostra coetanea, per farci consigliare dei bar da visitare nella vicina Zara 🥰 L’appartamento ci è stato consegnato impeccabilmente pulito e così ci siamo premurati di consegnarlo; effettivamente situato a pochi metri dal mare e con un panorama stupendo che ha accompagnato le nostre colazioni e le nostre cene in balcone. Insomma, un soggiorno memorabile. Consiglio! ✨

Met 2 personen hebben wij hier overnacht. Het appartement is goed te bereiken en ligt direct aan zee. Naast het luxe interieur, was het privé terras ook aangenaam. Het zwembad met self service bar op de tweede verdieping is geweldig. Hier kan je genieten van de zonsondergang en in de ochtend ontbijten. Verder was alles erg schoon en werden we hartelijk verwelkomt. Samenvattend heb ik alleen maar positieve feedback over de verhuurders van dit appartement.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's apartment. The apartment is modern, it was very clean, and it feels cozy and very comfortable. The area is very quiet and just about 5 minutes walk to take a nice swim at the sea. For remote workers this place is great because internet is very fast, and connection very stable. Furthermore, Ivan is the best host ever - He will be always ready to help you! We will come back one day - Thank you

The apartment has a wonderful view from the terrace, which exceeded our expectations. Every day we could see Zadar and the ships on the sea, which gave an amazing effect. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The area is quiet and peaceful, and at the same time very close to the center of Preko and the beaches. Transport to the island is an attraction in itself because you can admire the beautiful views from the ship, and the journey itself does not take long, less than 20 minutes.

Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden trotz sehr später Ankunft mit der letzten Fähre ab Zadar. Nur für die An- und Abreise kam unser Gastgeber für eine Nacht auf die Insel.Alles war so wie beschrieben . Die Terrasse ist traumhaft und wir haben viele schöne Stunden hier verbracht. Zum Schwimmen muss man nur eine Treppe neben dem Haus runtergehen. Morgens kam täglich ein Verkaufswagen, wo man sich mit Brot, Krapfen und Croissants eindecken konnte. Desweiteren gab es einen kleinen Obst-und Gemüsestand. Die kleinen Lebensmittelläden, die über die Insel verteilt sind, waren jetzt in der Hochsaison ziemlich ausverkauft. Nur in Sali hat man alles an Lebensmitteln bekommen. Möchte man sich selbst versorgen, sollte man sich bereits eine „Grundausstattung“ vom Festland mitbringen ( was auch wesentlich preiswerter ist) . Wenn man einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist man hier genau richtig. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Anneli. Die Wohnung war wirklich schön und gemütlich. Wir konnten wunderbar auf den Balkonen sitzen. Anneli war ganz zauberhaft und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Wir können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen. Zadar ist leicht erreichbar. Wir fanden die Bucht, an der die Wohnung liegt, sehr schön.

Bellissima casa fronte mare, ha superato le nostre aspettative. Gli spazi sono ampi, curati e la pulizia era impeccabile. Giardino perfetto, sono presenti: una comoda doccia da esterno, una griglia a gas che abbiamo usato ogni sera per una settimana (li vicino c'è un ottimo mercato del pesce suggerito dagli host). Gli host Suzana e Pero hanno reso l'esperienza indimenticabile, sono state persone ospitali, attente e disponibili. Sicuramente torneremo!

Tatianas home is a small paradise. Ošljak itself is not only peaceful but such a beautiful natural gem. The house makes you feel at home, and the surrounding garden and terrace makes it all private but still gives you the view. Tatiana is a very kind host. She answered all questions so fast and even checked up on us after a heavy thunderstorm. It might seem a bit circumstancial to holiday on a remote island (you need to ferry to the other side to get groceries) but this place on Ošljak is all worth it.

Beautiful tiny house in Preko with a small garden and two terraces. You will enjoy it there. Highly recommended.

Prelijepi apartman odmah uz plažu. Sve je bilo po dogovoru. Jako uredan i prostran apartman sa svim potrebnim sadržajem i preslatkim dvorištem. Sve preporuke!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, liegt ruhig gelegen und das Bett ist sehr komfortabel! Sanda war schon beim Check-In sehr lieb und bemüht mich auf alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel hinzuweisen. Als ich krank geworden bin und keine Apotheke in der Nähe mehr geöffnet war, hat sie mir sogar etwas von ihrer Medizin geschenkt. Der EINZIGE Nachteil ist (wie so häufig auf der Insel) das die kleinen Gassen nicht gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind und der private Parkplatz für größere Autos eher keine Option ist. Aber auch dafür konnte Sanda in Vergangenheit wohl eine Lösung finden. Ansonsten sind Wohnung und Gastgeberin ganz wunderbar und sehr zu empfehlen! Persönliche Highlights der Umgebung: Fort St Michael und Srdela Snack ❤️

Ci siamo trovati estremamente bene, sentendoci a casa nostra. Abbiamo ricevuto un caloroso benvenuto e ci sono state fornite tutte le informazioni necessarie per muoverci con facilità nei dintorni. Per qualsiasi esigenza abbiamo contattato Romarijo e sono stati super disponibili! Alloggio consigliato in zona tranquilla e vicina al centro, ai supermercati e alle spiagge

Ein kleines Paradies- wirklich wunderbar! Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles ist perfekt sauber, man hat viele Möglichkeiten draußen und drinnen zu sitzen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, der Garten schön angelegt, unten ist auch noch eine Lounge, die Schatten bietet. Hier wurde mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es ist ruhig. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand und auch diverse Restaurants erreichen. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Der Hundestrand mit einer Bar am Campingplatz ist super! Maja ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation mit ihr war perfekt! Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder, die Insel ist super zum Wandern und als Startpunkt für Zadar - einfach die Fähre nehmen. Herrlich! Vielen Dank!

Lovely place, we enjoyed the indulgence of the hot tub after a day visiting villages and the national park. The luxury of sitting in the hot water in the evening overlooking the beautiful views. Our stay was peaceful and relaxed, our accommodation had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean.

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Wir waren für 2 Wochen als Familie mit einem Baby da. Die Lage war super, 2min zu Fuß zum Strand, kleiner Laden und Bäckerei ein Haus weiter. Ein Restaurant und Eisdiele waren auch in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer schickere Bars, Club und weitere Restaurants sucht, muss auf die andere Seite der Insel, was mit 15min Autofahrt ebenfalls erreichbar ist. Das Apartment mit der Terrasse und gemeinsam genutzten Grillplatz ist Top! Das Apartment liegt an der Hauptstraße, deshalb auch abends etwas laut. Dafür liegt aber das Schlafzimmer an der ruhigen Seite. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, stets gut erreichbar. Die Nutzung einer Waschmaschine wäre super gewesen für einen längeren Aufenthalt und paar Handtücher mehr, aber es sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Wenn wir nochmal nach Vir kommen, dann gerne wieder hierher. Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est très lumineux et la terrasse est très agréable lorsque le soleil est là. La communication avec Luka était très fluide et il a toujours répondu très rapidement à mes messages. Nous n'étions pas préparées au réveil à 6h30 avec les cloches de l'église tous les matins. Cela surprend les premiers jours. Nous avons pu visiter tous les sites que nous voulions malgré un temps mitigé. Nous avons aimé notre séjour. Je recommande.

I can’t say enough about Kristina and her Mom. They welcomed my family with treats for the kids and a cold beer for myself. The place was amazing and the view even better. If you’re reading this review and thinking of booking the apartment don’t hesitate. Great restaurants within walking distance and the ocean directly across the road. We had such a great time.

Hostitelka byla skvělá. Každý den pro nás připravila pohoštění aby nám zpříjemnila nepříliš hezké počasí. I po příjezdu bylo v lednici nachystané jídlo. Apartmán byl čistý a útulný na klidném místě opravdu kousek od pláže. Mockrát děkujeme za všechno Helena

Katarina was very lovely and accomodating. We arrived late and it was not a problem at all. The comunication was quick and the place was clean and tidy. The bed is super comfortable and best of all, we could take our dog with us! :)
