Jedním slovem DOKONALÉ. Vůbec se nám nechtělo vilu opouštět. Všechno je čisté, prostorné, krásné výhledy. Tento dům má daleko větší hodnotu než jakou za něj zaplatíte. Měli jsme tady s rodinou krásný čas a ještě jednou děkujeme za všechno 🥰

We really enjoyed our week in this fantastic villa. The house is beautiful and offered a lot of areas for just relaxing and hanging out, both inside and outside. We spent a lot of time in the super nice pool. Mornings outside the kitchen terrace was peaceful watching out over the shoreline and enjoying the flowers in the garden. The host Jacques is very welcoming and gave us a lot of useful tips, both for the house and Sant Pol de mar. He answered directly every time. We highly recommended this villa!

Alles was top!! Anne is een geweldige host, vriendelijk, hulpvaardig, in 1 woord FANTASTISCH!! Haar liefde voor dieren is immens. Als hondenliefhebbers was het voor ons de 1ste keer dat we ons zo welkom voelde. Je ziet en voelt hoeveel liefde Anne investeert in haar huis. Het voelt als een echte "thuis". De omgeving moeten we nog ontdekken (ons verblijf was wat kort). Maar de locatie van het huis was top, rustig, "zen". Een echte aanrader. Een welgemeende en oprechte "dankjewel" Anne!! Hopelijk tot volgend jaar...

Fantastic establishment. Great accommodation. The house had everything we needed. Very clean. The pool was amazing!! We enjoyed the bikes which were provided. Local restaurants were top notch. Reasonably close to Barcelona. We had a car rental and were able to park easily inside the gates of the home. The home alarm system gave us extra security which made us feel extra comfortable. The air conditioning was not working during our stay but the weather was not super hot so we were ok with it.

It is rare to find places that are much better than the photos, but this place really is! The front room is huge, the pool is bigger than expected. Bedrooms are great (every room with air conditioning). Pool table in basement - tho we didn’t use it as so much else to do. Supermarkets a very short drive, or can walk. Beach is lovely - and between busier beaches - that are also easily accessible. We walked to the beaches and some days decided to drive to the free car parks. Great restaurants in nearby Cambrils. Loads to do in the area. The house is fantastic and Dmit was a great host, being super communicative before, and towards the end. He could not have been more helpful. Everything you need here for a family holiday. Can sleep 8, and so much space of eating, chilling out, and lots of space for groceries. Would love to come back again. A rare find to get a holiday home that is better than the advertisement and cost.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The place is absolutely beautiful — even better than the pictures, which honestly don’t do it justice. It’s about 30 minutes from central Barcelona, and while we didn’t have a car, getting around with Uber was super easy. The house was spotless, really spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a peaceful, quiet area, which made it feel like a true getaway. Daniel, the host, was amazing — so kind, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. You can tell he really cares. We’d happily stay here again!

We had a very nice stay at this unique property. Enjoyed the place and everything was very comfortable. Wifi did not extend to upstairs which is the only thing which could be improved.

Buena estancia en la casa de Rubén. Casa habilitada con mucho menaje,vajilla, incluso jabón,ducha y suavizante de pelo. Buena barbacoa y junto a ella la piscina y un ping pong ,la estrella de la casa en nuestro caso. Zona muy tranquila. Gran atención de Rubén asesorandonos con calas y restaurantes cercanos

Marta and Alex are by far the kindest and most wonderful hosts I’ve encountered in the past 15 years of traveling. They responded to messages immediately and offer exceptional value for money. On top of that, I accidentally left my wallet at the finca—and they were kind enough to bring it to the airport for me. That kind of gesture is rare these days. Nuestra estancia en el apartamento fue excelente y cumplió totalmente con nuestras expectativas. Desde el primer momento, Miguel Ángel, el anfitrión, se mostró como una persona sumamente atenta, educada y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesitáramos, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bienvenidos. Las instalaciones del apartamento son maravillosas: todo está cuidado con mucho detalle, limpio y bien equipado, lo que permite disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y agradable. El ambiente que se respira en el lugar es tranquilo y acogedor, ideal para desconectar y relajarse. Como aspecto a tener en cuenta, mencionar que en una vivienda cercana reside parte de la familia del anfitrión, y que él mismo vive en la planta baja de la casa. No fue un inconveniente para nosotros, pero es un detalle que puede ser relevante para quienes buscan una total privacidad. En resumen, una experiencia muy positiva. Recomendamos este alojamiento sin duda alguna y agradecemos a Miguel Ángel.

We were greeted by the host on arrival who gave us a house tour. She showed us how to lock up and went through the house rules and how to recycle here. I asked about local restaurant recommendations and she sent me their information and advised that the walk down to the beach was lovely. Which I can confirm, it is. There are lovely brunch spots just off the side of the beach along with an Aldi. The house was perfect for our needs and the pool was perfect especially after how hot it was whilst we stayed. It’s about 40 mins in an over to the city centre and we used uber most of the time which made it easy. I also explored some of the walking trails around the villa setting and they have incredible views. I would definitely recommend as long as you can deal with hills. It’s a very quiet and safe area: Perfect for families and for groups of professionals. Thank you so much for a lovely stay we had a great time.

We had a great time at our family vacation in Cap Salou. The house was great, close to the beautiful beach Cala Crancs and a small supermarket was close by for supplies. The host was very responsive and gave great tips on things to do in the area. The caretaker Julio was also good to talk to and always willing to help. Overall an excellent experience.

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre reposant (hormis les aboiements la nuit du chien des voisins) Maison spacieuse et agréable. Manque seulement quelques équipements dans la cuisine et un parasol supplémentaire pour l’extérieur. Une salle de bain supplémentaire serait un plus pour un logement de 14 personnes. Hôtes très agréables et accueillant.

La casa roja es una masía muy bonita, bien equipada para estar un finde relajado con piscina!

The location and Villa were wonderful, perfect number of bedrooms and space to accommodate our large family gathering with children and toddlers. Jeroen was very responsive to messages and was able to help us by setting up highchairs and pack and plays for the kids before our arrival. Jeroen's restaurant recommendations were amazing, and we even used a private chef, recommending by Jeroen, for one evening. Overall, 10 out of 10 experience with the villa, customer service, and location for a large family gathering/reunion.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für größere Gruppen. Viel Platz auf dem Anwesen und eine tolle Küche lädt zum kochen ein. Man gewöhnt sich schnell an die Geräusche des Flughafens und mit etwas Musik bemerkt man sie gar nicht mehr. Gute Kommunikation und entspannte Atmosphäre. Man benötigt allerdings auf jeden Fall eigene Wagen für die Unterkunft, da der Zugang etwas weitläufig ist und der Strand auch ca. 15 Min entfernt.

Prachtige villa op nog geen 5min wandelen van meerdere rustige strandjes. Paradijs voor de kids met kicker, tafeltennis, basketring en zwembad. Paradijs voor de ouders want van onder het overdekt terras kan je ten allen tijden genieten van hoe de kinderen zich vermaken mét zicht op zee. In de villa alles voorhanden wat je maar kan bedenken. In de buurt heb je gezellige stadjes/steden zoals Altafulla en Tarragona - iets verder rijden, geniet je van de natuur van Siruana of Montserrat. Wij kozen er zelf voor om niet naar Barcelona of de vele pretparken in de buurt te gaan, maar deze liggen allemaal op bereikbare afstand. Topverblijf!

We recently had a few nights stay at Soul Farm. The house itself is perfect - beautifully decorated and clean, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and many communal and dining spaces which was great for my large group. The setting and views were incredible also. Lastly, the communication and helpfulness from Arnout was excellent, he really helped us to organise a successful trip. Special shout out to the chef Fabrisio, who cooked an incredible catered dinner for our final night. Highly recommend! Thanks again to Arnout & the team.

An idyllic, beautiful home with a view like no other — truly unforgettable!

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und mit einem tollen Ausblick. Die in anderen Bewertungen berichteten Hunde sind immer nur kurze Zeit im Garten und stören nicht. Sämtliche Rückfragen wurden immer extrem schnell beantwortet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

What a gorgeous house with beautiful views and gardens bursting with flowers and colourful wildlife. We were within a short drive to the coast or to a host of beautiful villages off the beaten path. We had everything we needed and got lots of local advice from Jan, a fantastic host. Thanks very much, we will be back!

José Luis ha sido un anfitrión excepcional: muy amable, cercano y atento en todo momento. Nos explicó perfectamente tanto la entrada como la salida, y compartió con nosotros la historia de la casa, lo cual fue un detalle muy bonito. Se nota que todo está preparado con mucho gusto y cuidado por los detalles. Recomiendo al 100% cualquier alojamiento gestionado por él. La experiencia ha sido excelente.

Amazing spot. The perfect place to spend time With family and feel at one with nature. They have succeeded in creating a stylish and unique haven that still feels cosy and welcome which so many rental places don’t achieve. Really would recommend this place to anyone wanting to head out to Girona area but away from the city. Thank you!
