I rented the apartment for two months and felt at home from day one. The amenities are thoughtful, everything was absolutely clean, cozy and exactly as described - if not better. The location is quiet yet central, ideal for working and relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed very comfortable and the WiFi reliable. I want to highlight the great host: always available, warm and helpful. The communication was very easy and easy. I can fully recommend the apartment and would come back anytime. A very cosy place on two levels with lovely views and very well equipped with everything you might need during an apartment stay. I felt very much at home. The very friendly owners live in the same property so communication is easy. The place is a great starting point for lots of beautiful walks around the Schliersee area and beyond.

Super location for Marienplatz, yet in a quiet courtyard for escape from the busy streets. Great communication and helpful tips, plus Nicolas kindly met us at the station stop as we arrived quite late at night. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a nearby grocery store.

A very nice, quiet, modern and clean place. The apartment is perfectly equipped, all kitchen appliances are available, as well as all the utensils you need and much more. There is a beautiful small, private terrace and for children in the garden trampoline and table tennis board. The apartment is very spacious. Check-in and check-out were super easy and straightforward. We immediately felt at home. Our hosts Sonja and Manfred answered all our questions and were always very friendly. A folder with nearby restaurants, etc. was also already available for us as information in the accommodation. Thank you Sonja and Manfred, we had a lovely time with you and would be happy to come back. ❤️

At Doris's, we felt at home from the first moment. The accommodation is super clean, lovingly decorated and totally cozy – just to feel good. Doris is an incredibly warm hostess who has prepared everything with a lot of love for detail. We will definitely be happy to come back!

We had three wonderful days in Marco's particularly creative and beautifully furnished apartment. The location is perfect for excursions to Lake Ammersee, Andechs or Munich. We also enjoyed Dießen very much! Thank you and best regards, Bernd and Daniela

The place is really very nice and we had a great time. Large and cozy house in a very large and well-maintained green space. It was no problem to arrive late in the evening and leave in the morning at our leisure. Very kind and helpful host. Thank you for everything!

Highly recommend this apartment, perfect place to stay with a family. Walking distance into Erding town with a great park to amuse our 10 year olds for hours. The surroundings are lush and beautiful to walk through, supermarket within a two minute walk to stock up on essentials! Whilst there was a language barrier our host was more than helpful going out of her way to translate! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Was very satisfied. The couple was extremely friendly. Even before the arrival, Margret sent me a description, with which I found the house right away. The kitchen is super equipped, even spices, etc. were available. I'd love to come back 😊🥰

The stay at Katharina's was fine. Very neat. Great instructions. Very nice was the fenced garden so that our dog could go outside freely.

We had very nice days in Heimkreit! The location and views are amazing. The apartment is exceptionally clean and the beds very comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not know that the apartment is built like a loft and there are no doors/walls, only to the toilet (bathroom is also open). As a result, you may be a little limited in the evening with children. In addition, you cannot completely darken all windows, but since there are no windows in the upper sleeping area, it will be dark there. The balcony is very nice to sit on, we spent our evenings there. You can hear the crickets and cowbells and almost nothing else. Very idyllic! Everything necessary is available in the kitchen, coffee capsules can also be reordered. The pool is also great, unfortunately the weather was not so warm during our stay that we used it a lot. But everything is very clean here too! Barbara, Tobi and Christine were always approachable and very kind and accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house was clean, the furnishings high quality. It was especially great to get into the hot tub after a long day. The communication was very good and the hostess very nice.

Super place. Birgit and Andy were such welcoming hosts and gave us great recommendation for a locals bar which was excellent. Very convenient for the Oktoberfest. Definitely recommend.

All was lovely, as others have described. Toddler had a great time, us too. We hope to be back next year. Some tips: * pool is nice but not heated (probably obvious, but decided to note) * the indoor fireplace is not available year round, it is mostly decorative and meant for the cold season * expect ticks if you venture outdoors - it is Bavaria. Look up how to deal with this and learn safety precautions in advance. Owners could consider supplying visual guide for how to inspect yourself and your kids, maybe even provide an extractor kit. We found a sucker on our toddler a day after arriving home, this was quite stressful, and all due to our lack of experience as not-so-outdoorsy city folks. Be better than us!

Katharina’s house was very nice and had everything we needed. There is someone living in an attached unit so we could hear them when we were in the kitchen/dining room area. We felt like we had to be super quiet when we were in there.
