We were there for the second time and are thrilled again. The apartment is well equipped, super cozy and perfect for 3 people. The location by the train is quiet despite the train traffic. We sat on the terrace in the sun in the evening and did not feel disturbed. The hosts are super nice people. Communication was nice and friendly. We'll be back for sure. Best regards from Sauerland.

Modern, very clean, sunny penthouse apartment, fully equipped with new furniture and kitchen appliances. Impeccable bed linens and towels. The bus stop is only a few steps away, the metro stop is about 10 minutes, Aldi and Netto about 2 minutes by foot. A big advantage is private parking in the underground parking. It was a perfect choice for 3 people to explore Munich and surroundings for 4 nights. I recommend it!

For us, the apartment was great. Everything is clean and tidy, as described/seen in the photos. Especially the kitchen and that the living room and bedroom are separate is great with small children (but you have to be aware of the open staircase ;) ) By car you can reach everything you want in a short time. The public fast charging station (aral) is also within walking distance. Perfect. If the number of people still fits on our next visit to the spa, we will be happy to come back :D

We just stayed for one night, my son was at a nearby soccer camp, but it was just what we needed. Super easy, flexible check-in. We parked the car and walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner. The room was located in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. The beds were extra comfy which I greatly appreciated after a long drive. Katharina was responsive and helpful. It was a great stay!

From the property, you can quickly reach the old town and museums via various routes. Schwabing is a district with countless refreshment options without disturbing the night's rest. You'll find everything you need nearby. The amenities of the accommodation covered everything for the two of us.

A beautiful space with ample space. It was very clean. All rooms were very well maintained. Modern amenities, just great. We felt comfortable right now. The view from the terrace and the balcony is fantastic😍. Surroundings are nice and quiet. The contact was pleasant and friendly. If we go on vacation in Bavaria again, then in this accommodation. ☀️

We had a wonderful New Year's holiday in this spacious and beautiful house. It had everything we needed for a family of four. The kitchen was super equipped and everything was clean and pleasant. We would gladly return.

it was a great staying in the house, it's really cozy and well decorated, it has all you need and the neighborhood is beautiful. 15 minutes away from the train stations if you walk.

Amazing apartment you will feel just like at home! my husband and I after 30hrs of flight from NZ found this place particularly nice to help with jet lag. everything was spotless clean, was extremely furnished and really nice. Great peaceful area to be around.

Guido's place is great. The best part is it comes with a kitchen with all the required utensils. The connectivity to the place is great, close to the Fresing S-Bahn. Also, there are lots of restaurants and markets nearby, where you can go for shopping during the evening or just chill.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

We were able to spend wonderful 4 days in Sabine's lovingly furnished apartment, enjoying the comfort and the wonderful view of the snow-covered garden and the unique excursion destinations. Sabine is an extremely friendly and helpful hostess. We can only recommend a stay in her apartment.

We had wonderful time in Edurne's apartment! It's a cute place with lots of room and very comfortable beds. We loved sitting outside on the balcony in the back watching the neighborhood (there's a second balcony off the kitchen). Edurne also provided everything we needed and was very easy to communicate with. It's a great neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants on a wonderful tree lined street. We would gladly stay again.

I have already been able to visit some apartments via Airbnb, but Barbara and Klaus are definitely among the best hosts ever. Communication in advance was excellent – with many helpful tips and recommendations. During our stay, we felt completely comfortable. There was even a delicious guest reception – a real wow experience! The property itself is furnished with a lot of love for detail and offers more than you expect. The outdoor area with a grill is a real highlight. Surroundings are simply idyllic. Barbara and Klaus were always there when we needed help. We would come back anytime!

Highly recommend! I spent 4 months at Ann-Marie's place and already the warm welcome by the two hosts, immediately created a cozy atmosphere and a home feeling. Every request was immediately met. The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers everything you need for short or long stays. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. One of the highlights is the beautiful, spacious terrace. Enjoying the peace and quiet in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the sunset in the evening was pure relaxation. The location is perfect for nature lovers – away from the hustle and bustle and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Ideal for hiking and recreation in nature. I highly recommend this idyllic retreat and look forward to my next visit!
