2 rooms duplex apartment with 2 cats to take care

(Offer available only for short term between Dec. and Mid-Jan. for someone with experience and willing to take good care of my 2 cats) I am shortly subletting my 2 rooms duplex apartment (64 sqm) while away for personal reasons, and am providing a discounted fee since it would require staying with my 2 babies (cats). The apartment is 5 minutes walking to Trudering U/Sbahn station. It is only available for the indicated period and is rented for a minimum of 3 weeks, not available for long term.

Flat is located in a brandnew residential building complex ("Belvedere" ) in Pasing in the west of Munich. The flat is located in the fourth floor and has a special layout (open-plan, studio-like). The floor is oak wood, windows are triple-glazed and boasts underfloor heating. Very comfortable for two people. Accesible by evalator. Kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, coffee machine, jug, coffee, tea as well as oils and spices. Washing machine available (no dryer!)

To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

The living/ sleeping area is separated from the small kitchenette with a large French door. There is a 140x200 box spring bed and a sofa bed in the apartment. This is rounded off with a large bathroom with hot tub and a large separate glass wall shower.

Cozy house in the countryside with good connections

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space: On the first floor, a large, open living-dining area offers space for cozy hours, alternatively in nice weather on the terrace. On the 2nd floor, there is 1 large double room, plus a large shower room with a hot tub. Another bedroom as a single room can be booked after consultation. The hostess lives in the basement with her own shower room. Only the kitchen is intended for shared use.

Suburban idyll

Studio with kitchenette, fridge and Bora stove, double bed and a daybed, Wi-Fi, separate from the lower part of the apartment, extra entrance, everything newly furnished, quiet area. Shower and toilet in extra room. The two air spaces to the lower part of the apartment are closed with masonry. No garden stay is offered. The apartment has no balcony.
