The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 dining seats. You will arrive there directly when you enter the apartment. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer and of course a stove and oven. To your right you will find the bedroom with double bed, TV, desk and two comfortable armchairs to relax. In this room there is a wardrobe, another chest of drawers for your clothes and a work area with a sideboard. This room faces south-west. You have sun there all day and in the evening. A veranda with seating is also exclusively available to you. To your left is a bright bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink with cabinet, window and a bathroom radiator. Bike paths to Rothsee (10 km) and Lake Brombach (20 km), as well as the historic Gredl bike path from Hilpoltstein to Greding lead directly past the house. You can relax in our garden or be active in the surrounding area. Jogging, cycling, yoga, swimming at the lakes or even trying out the Challenge Triathlon route. Heideck also offers a beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool (3 km).
