Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Cozy apartment (1 room) on the upper floor of our annex for a break in the countryside. Very conveniently located. Nuremberg can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In addition, the property is close to the historic towns of Altdorf, Lauf and Röthenbach, which invite you to explore. Many hiking trails, such as the famous "Fränkische Dünenweg" or the Moritzberg, start right outside the front door. For children, there is a small petting zoo with 2 Cameroon sheep.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Thuisbrunn is located directly on the famous Fünf-Seidla-Steig® – ideal for hiking, enjoying and discovering.
