Die Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen Küchen ausgestattet .Zudem wurde das Bad kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC . Bettwäsche, Dusch , Handtuch sind vorhanden.

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market).
