You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The conversion from redundant chapel to a modern home is exciting & funky. Beautiful original windows, panelling & doors were kept & re-purposed…but the floors are F&B painted poured concrete, internal walls are raw or lime washed brick or lime/hemp plaster. Ceilings are reclaimed lime wash timber. Underfloor heating & ceiling fans in every room. Lighting is thoughtful, furniture a mixture of antique, mid-century & good modern pieces.

The cottage is full of timbers and also has sloping floorboards and low ceilings in some rooms, so this may not be suitable for all guests. It is surrounded by large mature gardens and fields. The cottage is located a short walk from the village centre where there are food shops, a post office, cafes and antique shops to browse around.

What a great place to stay.. excellent location, lovely room (Suite 2) and made to feel welcome from the get go…. We took our cockerpoo with us, a dog bed and treats were left for her.. The room itself was fabulous, loads of space with a separate seating area with armchairs. The bathroom was spectacular, a walk in shower and huge free standing bath - what a treat. Finally, breakfast in the Deli was something else, just superb and excellent quality. Will definitely be back soon.

Only stayed here for one night as we were on a walking holiday but wished it could have been for longer! Really comfortable and modern room with everyone you could need for a leisure or business trip including a fridge. The adjacent George & Dragon pub is lovely and does great food and drink and Castle Acre is just a 20-minute walk away. Highly recommended.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Two of us with two dogs had plenty of space. Bathroom and amenities were more than adequate. Location was close enough to the coast for a day trip to the beaches. Nice cafe very nearby too.

We enjoyed our stay here, upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly bar staff who shown us to the room which was clean, spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of 'to do' leaflets provided on the drawers, while the room was well stocked with coffee etc and the shower was as powerful as you'd want. There is a separate side entrance for if you arrived back after the bar closed which gives you the freedom to stay out as late as you want without any worries. Good, cooked breakfast provided, with all the toast, cereal and juice etc you can handle. Would stay again if in the area (which is lovely and peaceful in itself!)

Lovely stay, amazing for the worstead festival Can’t really fault it, host left us to it which we liked. Breakfast was yummy!

Amazing place!! Fab suite, super comfy with lots of little luxury extras. The Deli food was fantastic and very popular with locals and visitors alike. Brilliant location with lovely walks across the marshes and nice pubs. Pillows could be a little softer but that's personal preference and the bed was lush. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the North Norfolk coast and we'll definitely be back!
