Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Upstairs bathroom with a roll top bath a toilet and downstairs toilet. Full use of the garden One large double and a smaller double in the second, new bathroom. parking : some on street parking. permit available . lots of lovley cafes and shops near by and great parks. No parties and no smoking. in the house

This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. Bed is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Feather pillows and duvets. Car parking nearby.
