Nice studio for 2 people with your own bathroom and kitchen . The studio is in the popular area of Thorpe Hamlet , just 2 minutes from the river. Double bed, Nespresso coffee machine , kettle, tv... You need to share the patio and the garden with maximum 3 other guests. The house is near the city centre (10mn max walking distance , the train station (5mn max walking distance ). You can arrive when you want from 3pm, we have an electronic lock. No smoking, no pets, no parties.

I really enjoyed my stay! The flat was tidy and comfortable and felt surprisingly light and spacious. The appliances were all good quality and check-in / out was smooth.

The stay was perfect in every possible way, great team and the place was exactly as described. Only downside was the lack of a free car park but wasn’t anything that affected my stay.

I stayed in Joanna’s place for a few weeks as I was staying in Norwich for work. The apartment had everything I needed and more. Joanna was lovely, very responsive to messages and as the weather got warmer, she provided me with a fan during my stay without me even asking. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean- I felt very at home! I was pleasantly surprised on check in as the apartment was a bit bigger than how the photos made it look. There are multiple car parks very close which are also reasonably priced. I have really enjoyed staying here and would 100% recommend! No faults at all! 😊

Very comfortable, clean and cosy accommodation in a modern block near the river and great pubs/cafes. We appreciated how peaceful and well equipped the studio was and the flexible check in. Proper dark curtains and great mattress meant we slept well. The modern bathroom had an excellent shower. We were very happy with our stay and would rebook.

Me & my partner stayed here with our our toddler for 4 nights & had such a lovely time! The apartment is in a beautiful setting - managing to feel rural but also within walking distance of the village of London (with further connections available there). We found The Loft to actually feel larger than the pictures make it seem which was a nice surprise - the whole place is thoughtfully furnished & very practical as well as charming. The things that made this place special were little touches such as the homemade bread, jam & fresh eggs waiting on arrival & also Martin's warm welcome. Would definitely recommend this place for a couple looking to explore the Broads, Norwich & the other attractions Norfolk has to offer!

The Crows Nest is a perfect base for a getaway in the Norfolk Broads. The local village of Horning is beautiful and very peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of some of the busier towns/villages. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, super clean, modern and has everything you need for your stay. We would definitely recommend breakfast in The Galley below. Liz was a such nice host who made our month-long stay not only a breeze, but a pleasure. She provided friendly and responsive communication at every stage, giving us flexibility and ease during check-in and check-out. The apartment is just as lovely and comfortable as its location, which was a welcome surprise as I thought being so close to the stadium would get rowdy. In actuality it was a nonexistent issue and there was no disturbance at all on game days. I couldn’t ask for anything more - it gets my strong recommendation!

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.
