Tiny house vacation rentals in Northern Norway

The house is located on a beautiful hill overlooking the ocean & surrounding mountains, but with winter conditions a good car is definitely recommend. It’s cozy & the bedroom with the fireplace and chairs overlooking the area is stunning. Things to improve: Include timber (the owner was so kind & brought us some because we didn’t know we have to bring our own), maybe lower the price a little bit, the check in & checkout times & also making the beds ourselves we hoped it would be included in the amount of money we paid. But that’s only our opinion and we would definitely come back because we felt very comfortable in the house! Good distance to beaches, a nice coastal walk & also Leknes :)

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Andreas Cabin ist sehr gemütlich, ich hatte alles was ich brauchte, es war schön warm und es gab auch gutes Internet zum Arbeiten. Andreas war ein toller Gastgeber, hat mich vom Bus abgeholt bei der Anreise, mir Skier zur Verfügung gestellt und war immer erreichbar. Ich konnte mit dem Auto die Gegend erkunden, konnte dabei die wunderschöne Landschaft genießen, habe Rentiere und Polarlichter gesehen. Preis-Leistung war perfekt, würde wieder kommen! :)

Wir danken Matti und Marita für die schöne Zeit im Haus und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es war total erholsam und wir haben uns von der 1. Sekunde an zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und warm, perfekt sauber und das Badezimmer war neu renoviert mit Füßbodenheizung und allem, was es angenehm macht. Die Sauna war toll. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Internet war sehr schnell und ist ausreichend schnell, um von da aus zu arbeiten, wenn man das muss. Wir haben den Ausflug zu den Rentieren sehr genossen, die Langlaufski und haben uns bei langen Spaziergängen in den Wäldern rundum sehr gut erholt. Die Gastgeber waren immer ansprechbar und total hilfsbereit. Es war sehr interessant und wir haben viel Neues über Lappland und Finnland gelernt. Vielen Dank für alles und hoffentlich bis bald!

Wunderschön gelegen, direkt bei den Huskies. Gemütliche, liebevoll eingerichtete Hütte. Das Frühstück ist sensationell und sehr zu empfehlen

Beate und Havard sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als wir ein unvorhergesehenes Problem hatten, halfen sie uns sofort. Das war nicht selbstverständlich. Wir sind ihnen hierfür sehr dankbar. Das kleine Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Es sind nur wenige Meter bis zum Wasser und der schöne Ausblick lässt sich vom Wohnzimmer aus bei jedem Wetter genießen. Einen Wal haben wir auch gesehen. Wer Lust hat, darf sogar Kajak fahren oder die Schneeschuhe benutzen. Tipps für die Unternehmungen haben wir auch erhalten. Das Grundstück bietet zudem genügend Parkplätze. Es handelt sich um eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, die wir jemals besucht haben und können sie wärmstens empfehlen.

Ha sido un placer la estancia en tu cabaña. Está en un paraíso invernal, con vistas increíbles. Tuvimos un tiempo perfecto y pudimos ver las famosas auroras boreales, ha sido una experiencia que nunca olvidaremos. Gracias por todo a Jana y Uffe, pero también agradecer a su hijo Viking que estuviera pendiente de nuestras necesidades.

Es ist eine perfekte Verbindung von wunderbare Natur mit Luxus in der Hütte, wie Sauna, Fußbodenheizung und Kaminofen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation war auch einfach. Vielen Dank!

Heidi’s place is at the best location if you want to be close to Rovaniemi but to be able to see the northern lights at the same time. We stayed there 2 days to explore Rovaniemi before going to the north to see the northern lights but we already saw them in these two days. We felt like at home. Very cosy and peaceful.

Nous avons passé 2 agréables soirées dans la magnifique grange transformée en loft d Ellinor. La décoration est très jolie, c est spacieux et très propre. Les paysages alentours sont splendides. On est à 20 minutes d'Henningsvaer et 10 minutes de Svolvaer.

Mysigt boende och nära backen. Hyresvärden svarar snabbt och var mycket hjälpsam.

This stay was absolutely extraordinary—one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever experienced during my travels. The cabin is located right in front of a stunning fjord, offering breathtaking, unobstructed views. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by wild nature, and if you're lucky, you can even see the Northern Lights from the terrace. Occasionally, reindeer wander by, adding to the magic of the place. The accommodation was spotless and fully equipped, with a kitchen that includes an oven and stovetop, a coffee machine, fresh linens, towels, and a well-maintained bathroom. The mezzanine, sofa bed, and terrace facing the fjord make it a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host is amazing—super available, friendly, and full of great advice about the region and nearby spots to explore. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this place 110%!

We could definitely recommend Frank's house to stay for a couple of nights. We enjoyed it, however, but we expected to see the house cleaner and tidier. We were afraid to put our things away because then we might not find them among the piles of other things all over the house. If the person who lived before you didn't wash the dishes properly, then if that's important to you, you have to wash them before using. It would be nice to have a cleaner bed with a newer blanket and pillow (even if you put clean bedding over it). After all, it's hygiene. But everything else we liked. It's a pity that we didn't make a hole to jump into the lake after the sauna, because the ice was about 1 meter thick. But we caught a fish (and let it free). We saw an incredible aurora that shone all night. Frank was very friendly. Thank you for this interesting opportunity to spend a few days on the lake in Lapland!

Es könnte kaum besser sein. Sehr gemütliches Häuschen mit super Aussicht. Wir konnten sogar vom Hot Tub Polarlichter sehen. Erhard ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, der viele hilfreiche Tipps für uns hatte. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche bei Catharina. Alles war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Tolle Umgebung, wundervoller Blick, tolles Haus und super nette Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für dieses Erlebnis, wir würden bei einer Reise nach Schweden immer wieder kommen.

The accommodation was perfect to spend undisturbed, relaxed and cosy days in Lofoten. Monica gave us a lovely welcome and communication with her was uncomplicated. The view of the lake is beautiful and you can end the evenings by the fireplace. The location of the chalet is perfect for exploring Lofoten by car. There is also a supermarket nearby. We would definitely come back!

Siisti ja sopivan kokoinen mökki. Rauhallinen sijainti "mökkikylässä", lähellä palveluita. Saimme selkeät ohjeet, joiden mukaan toimitaan. Mökki lämpeni hujauksessa. Hailuoto paikkana on monipuolinen retkeilykohde.

Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und es fehlte absolut nichts, um eine schöne Zeit in der Hütte zu verbringen. Svein und Siv sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, durch die man sich willkommen fühlt. Wir wären wirklich gerne länger geblieben!

Very cute cabin with fantastic views. A lot of thought went into everything inside the cabin so it is well equipped and functional.

My stay was absolutely perfect! Stina, the host, was incredibly responsive, she replied quickly and was helpful with everything I needed. The house is tiny but well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are peaceful and relaxing and it’s close to Kåge village , and just a few kilometers from town of Skellefteå , were you can find everything, It was the perfect spot for me, and I will definitely be returning as soon as possible. Also, having the mascot around was such a nice touch I absolutely loved the cat! Felt like home , thanks again Stina .

Super cosy place in the heart of RVN that is very well equipped (**Moomin cups are a surprise), spacious and clean. Frank is also super-friendly and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. Absolute gem of a place !!

The perfect place to enjoy some days in the Lofoten, Tonje was reactive and super nice, thank you!

Bij aankomst kwam Christina meteen naar buiten om ons welkom te heten. Ze deed een uitgebreide rondleiding door het huisje waar de verwarming al aanstond en de lampjes meteen een huiselijke sfeer gaven., legde alles vriendelijk en belangstellend uit. Het werd meteen een gezellig praatje. Het huisje is een voorbeeld van klein maar fijn. Zeker voor 2 personen, maar meer personen kan wel. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Voldoende ruime slaapkamer met prima groot bed en kastruimte, keuken met de juiste spullen en flinke koelkast. Grote eettafel. Gelukkig konden we de laatste avond ook met Ove kennismaken die een paar dagen op reis was geweest. En ook dat werd een leuk gesprek en uitwisseling van gedachten en ervaringen. We komen graag nog eens terug.
