The cabin is sheltered from the farm and along the Signaldalselven, where there is a 3 km hiking trail starting from the cabin. Northern lights just outside the cabin. short distance to the high mountain for skiing/ice climbing/peak hikes/hunting and Northern Lights experiences. The area the cabin is in is a famous place for Northern Lights tourists and you can take nice pictures of the northern lights with the Otertinden in the background.

Lovely cabin by the sea

Welcome to our charming cottage, built in classic Lofoten style, inspired by the traditional wooden houses in Northern Norway. Here you get a perfect combination of rustic coastal charm and modern comfort – ideal as a base for nature experiences, family fun or just total relaxation in beautiful surroundings. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and plenty of room for 6 adults. In addition, there is a travel bed for small children and a sofa bed that is suitable for children or teenagers.

New Joker shop in the surrounding area, several hiking trails, halibut museum, national park, inland and sea fishing, boat rental nearby. 2 hours by car from Bardufoss airport. 1 hour drive to Finnsnes. 1 hour by fast boat to Harstad. 3 mattresses upstairs in the loft in addition to the two bedrooms. This is a luxurious outdoor experience in raw Finnmark nature or sit inside in the living room watching the northerns lights through the large windows. If you come from abroad, the easiest way to get here is to fly to Alta and rent a car. Getting from Alta to Kokelv is about 2 hours. You can access by car to the front of the entrance area. The house contains 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a TV room with a double sofa bed.
