Farmstay vacation rentals in Northeast Region

We stayed 7 days in the houses (green house and the new building next door) and they were spectacular days! A privileged location within the condominium, facing the river, brings inexplicable peace and tranquility. The condominium is easily accessible and close to the city of Caravelas and its surroundings. The place is very peaceful, has a good beach, very quiet, without street vendors or that mess that big beaches have. On Grauçá beach, there are a few kiosks, but with excellent food, snacks and drinks and at a fair price! Completely different from the reality of Porto Seguro, Salvador, Arraial, Trancoso, etc… Exactly what we were looking for! The well-equipped kitchen of the house allowed us to buy fresh fish in the village and prepare it without any setbacks such as lack of utensils. Manoel was an excellent host, indicating the best places to eat in the region, always helpful and responding quickly. We regret not having stayed a few more days, but we will certainly return!

Great place, super quiet and private. Easy to find and get there. The site exactly matches the advertised photos. A really beautiful and nice place. Full of green to the surroundings. It has a nearby stream that is wonderful and easy to access. The well-equipped house and everything was very clean and nice. A lot of internal and external space. Well-organized rooms and bed and bath linens were made available to all guests. The host was super helpful and helpful. The super friendly, helpful and cordial housekeeper, showed us all the space. Sinal is very bad because it is an isolated area, but it has Wi-Fi and was working smoothly. For those who like to have barbecue, interesting to take basins, because there is not there. But pots, silverware, glasses, dishes, etc., owns everything. It has no air conditioning or fan, but it is very airy and cool in the period we went. Excellent spot, it has sockets near the pool. We indicate and we will be back for sure.

Our stay at Fazenda was amazing! Kim, Cida and João welcomed us well and did everything to accommodate our requests. The place is wonderful and the pictures don't do what it really is, especially the waterfall! What an amazing place!! It was worth it!!

The house is very cozy and well cared for. The housekeeper was always available. The access was easy with the GPS location, all the utensils we needed were available. Priority dogs are very gentle. My only suggestion would be to embed extra services such as a fire pit, Jacuzzi and trash in the price of the stay

It was amazing! The property is super quiet, even on vacation it was possible to enjoy the waterfalls inside. Even so, it's close to the city. The cottage is great, above all. We highly recommend it.

Great stay, recommend! My experience was amazing! The check-in was simple and quick, and the host was very attentive and always available for any questions. The space was impeccably clean, well decorated and is exactly like in the pictures. The location is excellent, with easy access. The chalet is comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals. Small details, made all the difference. I definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went there by myself not speaking a word in Portuguese and not knowing what to expect. Yassmin and her brother made me feel right at home :) They were very hospitable and friendly. the place was very clean and peaceful. I enjoyed the pool, the hammocks, kayaking in the river, the magical sunset and observing the wild life in the area. I totally recommand this beautiful peaceful place and would definitely go back in the future.

We were in a group of 10 people and we all enjoyed the stay very much. From the first contact, the host was extremely helpful, providing all the necessary information. As we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the lovely Dona Lurdes, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Words are not enough to express my feelings about staying at Tony and Kiki's place. What an amazing family! What a wonderful place! All very well cared for, clean and organized. All the attention was dedicated to us: the trail to the waterfall, the tips for the ride, the care of the animals, the preparation of the bonfire, the warm milk taken from the cow, the fresh eggs from the chickens, the horseback ride… Everything was beautiful and unforgettable! The kids loved it! The place is perfect for relaxing and spending happy days with the family. We will definitely be back.

My stay at Alpes was simply wonderful! I was able to rest, study and relax a lot in the pool. In addition, the experience was even more special with the option to visit a waterfall, located a few meters from the accommodation. Without a doubt, it was a perfect retreat to renew your energy and enjoy nature!

Abhaya is an amazing hostess, she welcomed us super well, always helpful. The house is super nice, a great place to relax.

The house is very good and has a great location, a 1-minute walk to the beach inside the condominium. It is located further to the extreme of Praia do Marceneiro, where the beach already has more stones, but it is very quiet. It is a house decorated with extremely good taste but that already needs some maintenance, such as changing light bulbs and checking the metals in the bathrooms. the blender was not working and we missed some utensils, such as a juice jug, a better sieve and more baking trays. it would also be nice to have a shower next to the pool. Taina, who was hired separately to cook, was great. it's a place I'd definitely go back to.

I was with my family at Fazenda Retiro for 5 days in August/2024! Our group included 8 adults and 3 children. We all enjoyed it very much! The accommodation, the farm, the animals, the view, the rest, the toys, the companies (Mailson and his family, Tuquinha and her high spirits); The house is comfortable and spacious; very well cleaned and tidied up for guests; The farm's treats and gifts; The wagon and horse rides; The convenience of being very close to the city, being able to quickly buy any item or even receive it by delivery! The security of the place; The hospitality of the owners and also of the daily housekeeper we hired, recommended by them, who took care of the kitchen and cleaning impeccably! It was rainy days, but we still enjoyed it a lot! We intend to return!! We recommend the accommodation and suggest asking any questions, as Marcia responds promptly and in a way that puts us at ease.
