Monthly Rentals in Northeast Ohio

Loved being at Jakob's place for the short period I was there. Good instructions for entry. Ample parking. Ample room in the bedroom to spread out. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Neighborhood is quiet but close enough to places such as Beachwood Place and Legacy Village for shopping and dining. Enjoyed my stay.

Perfect place for single person!

Great location- walking distance to Westside Market, several breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store. The place is a great homebase to see the best of what Cleveland has to offer. Stayed for two weekends and the week- used it as a remote work space, worked out great. View from balcony and rooftop are fantastic- used balcony more for morning coffee time. Loved watching the neighborhood stroll by while working from the loft. Best part was shopping at Westside market for the essentials for the week. Friday night got to watch the fireworks from the Guardians game from the balcony- what a treat. Saturday night is hopping in this neighborhood, so if you’re planning to go to sleep early, bring earplugs. Friday and Saturday we had a steady parade of motorcycles and their chosen tunes on display. Bargoers every other night no issue, windows blocked out noise. Workday noise no issue at all.

Cheryl is a wonderful host. I really enjoyed staying at her place. It is a completely independent one-bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate entrance. It is quiet, clean, and spacious. I couldn’t have asked for anything more during my 4 month stay. I highly recommend this place.
