The Victorian Inn was an excellent stay! Perfect for us as a couple and was in the perfect location! We enjoyed our sleep and really appreciated the Roku TV so we could watch our favorite show in bed. Breakfast was amazing and appreciated the snacks left out for guests to take. So sweet, clean, comfortable! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful location, about 20 min from Geneva. The goats are adorable and the property is amazing to check out! The bedding is wonderfully comfortable and the grounds are fantastic! We will definitely be back to this location! The hosts were amazing and we found some amazing gifts to bring home from the gift shop on property.

Our first time staying at a bed and breakfast, and we are very happy we found Cathy and Jim! they were both awesome and very kind. From the second we pulled into the driveway to the second we left, we felt like it was our home too. The kindness and willingness was astonishing, the breakfast was delicious, the house was unique, and they truly both are great people, with a great house!

As soon as you walk in the place smells amazingly clean!!! Very cozy, well stocked with coffee, snacks, coffee, tea. I did not help myself to anything as I had stopped in the restaurant down the street and had already eaten dinner before I checked in but a lot to choose from!!! The bathroom was stocked as well lots of towels and all toiletries you can possibly think of including makeup towels. Everything you will find in a hotel. If you. Happened to forget something no worries they have it !! Everything is very thoughtfully put together. Very impressed!! Thanks for sharing your place !!

Out stay at Ruth and Bryan's bnb in rural Ohio was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into their beautiful home, which was not only squeaky clean but also radiated warmth and charm. The surrounding countryside is stunning, offering a peaceful escape with picturesque views that invite you to unwind. Ruth and Bryan truly go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable, taking care to cater to our every need. The homemade breakfasts were a highlight of our stay—each meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared and served. More than just great food, it was the engaging conversations that made our mornings special. Ruth and Bryan took the time to connect personally with each guest, sharing stories and insights that made us feel like part of their family. This experience felt like a home away from home, and I can’t recommend it enough. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and private…was perfect for our “pre honeymoon” Only suggestion I would offer would be a mini fridge in the room but we used the one in the dinning room for a bottle of wine so wasn’t an issue. Perfect setting away from the downtown and we much appreciated the taxi service recommendation to get us from the Jet Express to the B&B. In fact we used that same taxi for the duration of our 3 night stay. Their private golf cart rental was perfect and much more affordable considering it included free downtown parking. They also offered free bicycles but we did not utilize those. Thank you again for the wonderful stay and I will definitely be booking you for my parent’s anniversary next season!

All I can say is WOW! Angela made us feel right at home. She asked us what we wanted for breakfast and let us tour the area. Our room was cool and clean (wonderful retreat from the heat wave outside), and she helped us find places to visit. We are so glad she was the first stop on our trip!

Staying with Sanda was like staying with family. She was engaging and shared openly. She prepared wonderful breakfast each day and welcomed us into her home. In a few short days, we became well acquainted with her property and her family through her tales. We rushed off each day to visit family 40 minutes away, so there was little time to explore the grounds and the river; we’ll just have to come back one day. This was a wonderful four-night stay to witness the eclipse of April 8, 2024. We strongly recommend Shanda’s sweet place to any couple.

Very much enjoyed staying at Annie's place. Felt right at home. We were treated like one of the family in their beautiful home. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the beautiful sunroom as much as we would have liked since we were busy with our conference most of the weekend. Annie and her husband were very gracious hosts and we enjoyed chatting with them. We had two wonderful healthy breakfasts in the sunroom prepared by Annie who is a dietician. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in town and would love to spend more time just relaxing in the home.

My husband and I were looking for a place that allowed dogs close to family in Ashland and we found the perfect spot in Sandy and Marks beautiful home. My only regret was not being able to stay for the homemade breakfast Sandy had made. We needed to leave early that morning for some business that needed attending to. We look forward to coming back and having some breakfast with the both of you. Mia loved every minute of her stay and thanks you as well for welcoming her into your home. Bernie and Judy were absolutely wonderful hosts! They made us feel right at home and were so hospitable! We feel so blessed to have met them and the other guests staying at the venue. We really had a great time - and everyone was so welcoming and kind. We definitely recommend them- and this location is just adorable! You can walk right across a quiet street to a beautiful town square with several great restaurants. I absolutely adore the area and love the historical small-town feel. Don’t miss this hidden gem!

This is our second visit we enjoyed this stay as much as the first! We loved this history aspect and being able to stay in a pullman car but with modern facilities. We ate at local restaurants and everyone in the community was so kind and welcoming. We were there for our 26th anniversary and a nice surprise awaited in our room. The host went above and beyond.

Gordon was an amazing host - friendly and helpful. And the breakfast he made were spectacular!

David's place was a gem! It was very comfortable and cozy. The food that was set out for breakfast was excellent and we had homemade Amish cinnamon rolls as well. David let us clean our bikes off with his hose. We felt very safe there and we slept very well. Beds were excellent.

we were greeted at the door when we arrived by Alan's wife Jeanne, she was very hospitable and informative about the place. We felt right at home, the bed and breakfast was nicely decorated and our room was comfortable and cozy. We later met Alan who was just as welcoming and friendly. The place was situated on a hillside overlooking the winery below. Made us feel as if we were in Tuscany. Loved our overnight stay and would love to return in the future to see the further renovations in their plans.

Absolutely worth the trip! Joan was extremely hospitable and made my children and I feel more than at home - we felt like we were with family! At no extra cost, her and her husband set up an inflatable bounce house for my children and greeted us with baked goods. Breakfast was plentiful, homemade, and very delicious! This was a great way for us to rest while traveling across I-70, but absolutely a venue for just about any reason: wedding, getaway, reunion, peaceful escape, etc. I asked my children for input as well, so here is what a 4&6 yr old had to say: I slept GREAT in there! I LOVED the hot tub! Every bed and couch was comfortable. I loved them. They were soft. And we gets to go inside the whole air “um” bee and bee Cool bathrooms! We love you Ms Joan! This place is awesome! It’s got so much space and it’s very clean. Irena is very kind and accommodating. Every breakfast she made was so savory and delicious. Absolutely loved my stay!
