This place was as advertised: cozy! Well appointed and lots of extra treats. The host left us muffins and chips and bottled waters and wine. The kitchen was amply provisioned with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, spices, etc. It was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

Definitely one of the nicest AirBnBs we have stayed at. Very clean. Location wasn’t too far off the beaten path, but probably wouldn’t attempt in a car with low ground clearance. Lots of fun restaurants near by.

Jet tub! in Nob Hill - Cozy Contemporary Casita

ValRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Loved the backyard area. The AC worked great. Bed was comfy. I took a bath each night (bring some epsom salt!). Our hosts were great and let us check in early since our flight landed early. We knew we wanted to stay in Nob Hill because it's central/walkable and close to hiking trails. We loved Little Bear coffee shop, went there a few times. Mata G was great for grab-and-go vegetarian meals. The co-op grocery store is awesome. Walk by the "Spaceship UFO house"! For easy sunset hikes, check out the trails along the foothills at the bottom of the Sandia Mountains. We took the tram up the mountain one morning, that was fun too! Oh the volcano hike was great (search for Volcanoes Day Use Parking on google maps). It took about an hour and 40 mins with lots of stops for photos. We went late morning but it would be amazing at sunset because it's a 360 view. Would def stay here again!

Adobe Casita #2 in Historic Old Town Plaza

SandraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I loved the place. Quiet with a private patio. Within easy walking distance to a park and Old Town. It was convenient to be able to walk to a restaurant for meals. The casita was spacious and reasonably authentic, but with ac & heat. I would definitely stay there if I ever return to Albuquerque. Connie came and showed me how to operate everything right after I arrived.

Pine Cone Inn

DebraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit is a basement apartment located within 20 minutes of Albuquerque yet in a mountain setting, surrounded by Ponderosa Pines. It's minutes away from the ski resort and crest of the mountain with lots of hiking and biking options as well. The unit is tastefully decorated in a lodge theme with plenty of attention to detail. Brad was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

The home was so comfortable and clean. It had plenty of room for us The yard was great for our dogs and there was a nice walking trail to walk them on right outside. Beautiful Albuquerque Retreat

BenjaminRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Mickie’s place had everything my group needed to feel at home in Albuquerque. We stayed one night as we all arrived from the airport at different times prior to a trip to Santa Fe. The outdoor space was beautiful and a perfect place for friends to reconnect and enjoy the weather. The inside was spacious and the kitchen was a perfect spot for us to make dinner together. Mickie was great to communicate with and helped make the whole stay seamless.

The Harry Potter House

DarleneRating, 5 stars8 months ago
My family and friends rented both the Honey House and Harry Potter House condos to attend the ABQ Balloon Fiesta. The location was perfect for getting to the balloon park and exploring Old Town ABQ. We really didn't spend much time at the Harry Potter House, but it was a nice place, and we enjoyed hanging out on its patio in the evenings. We appreciated that garages were available for our use at both condos, making it easy to park and access both condos. And the interesting historical park across the street was an added bonus. Thank you, Anissa!

Carl made our stay memorable and comfortable. We traveled from California to my daughters graduation, we arrived a few hours early and he accommodated our arrival and allowed us early. That was a huge relief as we were tired from the road trip. I definitely would rent the beautiful home again. Everything very clean.

El Altos - An Irvie Home with Summer Pool

BrookeRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My family and I had a great time here! My family are newcomers to Airbnb and were concerned about the process of getting in without me there. They managed just fine with detailed instructions and the help of the Ivrie team. Everyone that I engaged with on the team were very professional and friendly. As for the home, the images did not do the size justice. Way more spacious for a town than expected. The home was at a standard cleanness. The master bedroom shower was my favorite feature :) (I highly recommend to unwind at the end of a long day). The 2nd upstairs bathroom offered heated floors and motion sensor lights which was nice as it was cold at night. Overall, our experience was great! Would highly recommend Ivrie Homes. Looking forward to exploring their other home options too!

Resort Style Home - Jacuzzi is open

TammyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
David truly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. He graciously accommodated an early check-in. This level of flexibility and consideration was truly appreciated and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The property itself was nothing short of stunning. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortably accommodated our group of 10 with ease. The highlight for many of us was undoubtedly the refreshing pool and relaxing hot tub, which provided the perfect escape from the scorching 90-degree weather. We spent countless hours enjoying these amenities and creating lasting memories together. The convenient location of the property was a huge plus for us, we felt incredibly safe and secure. We hope to stay here again on a future visit to Albuquerque!

Nice, large house that's in a great location in Albuquerque. Even though it's close to a main road (4th street) it's nicely tucked away in a tree-lined, ranch area. Our party of 6 was super comfortable there. Lee and Tricia were super-friendly, proactive and flexible with our check-in time.

Oasis in the City- Peaceful, safe, near everything

DanaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The hosts were more than accommodating! This place has one big bedroom with enough space for an air mattress (provided), if you have 2-4 people. The kitchen and bathroom had all of the essentials. Washer/dryer, and laundry soap was provided. We stayed for 7 nights, and we were comfortable in the space. The back patio overlooks beautiful old growth cottonwood trees, and the pool is just a few steps away. The hosts, who live on the grounds as well, were there if we needed, but gave us plenty of space and privacy. This property is not your typical Albuquerque experience (former 12 year resident). It is a gem, and your very private, back stage pass to all things Bosque focused (if that's your thing). Cycling, bus lines, and quick arterial access get you anywhere you need to be. Missing your dog? Luna has you covered. Such a sweet dog and our special guest during morning coffees on the beautiful patio or evening grilling sessions. Perfection.

NE Heights Luxury ABQ Home with Private Studio Apt

CaseyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is a fine place in a great, quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping are a few minutes' drive. The many Sandia Mountain recreation trails are about a 10-minute drive. The kitchen, bath, and mini-washer/dryer set-up is genius, and add real value in a studio space. The present set-up doesn't include a couch-seating area, but I enjoyed the tiny patio with chairs and a table in spacious backyard & pool area: Lots of sunlight, birds, shrubs & flowers.
