Constance was a wonderful host and her home was lovely. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and was very tidy. Would highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the Bernalillo/Rio Rancho area!

Great place within easy walking distance to many foot hill trails up the mountain! I'd stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The place was well kept and had everything I needed. Very clean and functional.

Mia's home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen had essentials like dishes, tupperware, spices. The bathroom had plenty of towels, shower products, and even body lotion available. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of closet space and even a luggage rack. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer available as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Rick was fantastic to work with & so was his place. Just what we needed. We were in town for a good friend’s funeral, & Rick’s place was a great refuge between busy & emotional engagements for us.

I stayed at the Ristra Suite for 4 nights with a friend and it was absolutely perfect for our stay! The unit is exactly as pictured and described, and did not disappoint. The bed was so comfortable, the kitchen was great for cooking, and the living room was an exceptional area to relax after a long day. We didn’t spend much time outside due to the colder evenings, but both the private and shared outdoor spaces were lovely. I would absolutely stay in any of Katarina’s units again if I found myself in ABQ!

I stayed here for three months when I was in a housing transition. It worked out really well. The host is incredibly responsive. There were hardly any issues at all, but in three months, things come up. Lester and his crew are outstanding. The place has a really nice vibe. It’s a typical urban apartment complex, so you hear people occasionally, but nothing out of the ordinary. Everyone is very friendly. It’s around the corner from the police station so you do hear sirens at night. However, I also leave the balcony door open pretty much all the time because of my cat. The TV was in a slight alcove, which must have a sound proofing effect. I never heard anyone else’s TV the entire time! Incredible. One tiny detail is that unlike the photos, the unit was painted entirely gray. A little gloomy, but not a big deal. Overall, this was a really good experience and I would stay here again.

We had an excellent 4 night stay in Erin's place. It's only about a mile from old town, which was really handy. The fenced backyard was very handy for our puppy. The apt was clean and comfortable and was well apportioned with coffees, paper products, and cleaning supplies. Newer washer and dryer. Everything worked as it should!

Agiola and Aaron have created a beautiful space to unwind after visiting all Albuquerque has to offer. We particularly were impressed by her helpful communication and the early check in. The space is nicely appointed and had everything we needed and more. We walked to the Roadrunner Bakery in Old Town - pistachio and red chile croissants:) , and Sawmill Market- lots of great food and drink options. Other great options for dining and drinking are nearby as well. The morning of our departure we found a nice little treat to sustain us in our road trip home as well! If you’re looking for a cozy, comfortable spot when in ABQ this is the spot!

Was looking for a place to stay while apartment hunting. Got in late but Klay was responsive and very helpful. The place looked just like the pictures! Super clean and cozy. Spent the evenings listening to the quiet. Would stay here again!

The apartment was clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood was noisy, music playing all the time.

My mother greatly enjoyed her stay and i appreciated how responsive keith was and how well they explained everything!

This was very cozy and private. I liked that it was in the back but the pathway at night kinda scared me. I’m just not a bug person! But they had lights to light the way. Also, there is people upstairs so some noise is made. There isn’t any disturbance from it though and I would highly recommend this for two or three people. It is a small space but very convenient and comfortable! ◡̈

This was a great place for us to stay. It was very clean. Both bedrooms were upstairs. We enjoyed boba tea & treats across the street at Sweet Cup Cafe. Arcy responded right away when we messaged him. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was full of all kinds of different amenities that were perfect for just staying around the house. Board games arcade games the hot tub and a cozy environment. I loved my stay and will be looking for this place again next time I’m in town!

We loved this place! We chose this location because we were going to a festival at Balloon Fiesta Park and wanted something walkable. The walk from inside the festival at the park to the AirBNB was just over 2 miles and took us 45 minutes. The unit was extremely clean and modern with a huge bathroom and nice workspace. We would absolutely stay here again!

Bruce's place was perfect. it was a 3 day stay with my husband our 6 boys and I. we had enough places to sleep and felt right at home. Boys loved the jacuzzi, place was clean and Bruce was very clear on instructions and helpful. I seen a lot of reviews about people worried about the neighborhood although it isn't the most beautiful part of albuquerque we all felt extremely safe.
