Smoking friendly vacation rentals in North Norfolk District

Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

Sweet quiet spot in busy area but tucked away and very peaceful. Immediate access to amenities and not too far from the centre. Fast response and very smooth self check in which more hosts need to get better at. Gary nailed it,

Fabulous stay. Glorious facilities and incredible nature all around. The natural pool is very special. Great to have covered fully equipped kitchen as well as individual fire pits and tripod for more outdoorsy experience. Great warm tents. Will definitely come again.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

Angie was an excellent host - quick at replying and helpful. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed - roomy, very clean and comfy beds. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. Dog friendly and a secure area at the front of the property. Thank you for a lovely stay - if we are in the area again we’ll certainly be back.

A fantastic apartment in the centre of Sheringham! Perfect location, really spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Zafer left a lovely bottle of wine and chocolate for us as well which was a really nice touch! A great airbnb :)

We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

A wonderful romantic break at Deer Cottage! Tina and Greg were the perfect hosts for this beautiful cottage. Tina welcomed us on arrival which was lovely. We walked into the beautiful kitchen which was equipped with everything we needed for our stay including a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen was beautifully decorated. The hallway had a little bookcase with a variety of books that we could read. A little note assured us that if we didn't finish the book we could take it home with us. The living room was cozy and warm with 2 comfy sofas and blankets if we needed them. The bedroom was beautifully clean and tidy. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was also very clean and tidy and well equipped. Of course the highlight was the hot tub which was a few steps into the enclosed garden from the back door. Situated under a honeysuckle covered shelter with fairy lights, it provided the perfect place to de-stress and relax. Highly recommend cottage and hosts.

This place was fantastic. Everything you need for a party is there. The communication with the host was slow but I was told he was hospitalised and very sick. Hope you get well soon Andrew. The price for it was alot for a day I wish I could chek in around 11am or noon to have more time in the place. Nothing to complain about the place. very clean and it was full of everything you need. I was celebrating my 30th Birthday and I wish I could get discounts for this place to come again and again for more parties 🥳.

What a beautiful escape to the country Hannah’s place is! We stayed for 5 nights and had such a wonderful time. The house is incredible, in a lovely quiet village which is a great escape from busy life. It was so wonderfully clean and comfortable. The kitchen was huge with everything you need and more to make sure you have a comfortable and fun stay. As mentioned in the description the floor is very cold though, so slippers are definitely a must! The bedrooms were super comfortable, the bed had honestly the softest bedding I have ever experienced! Unfortunately during our stay the swimspa was mostly out of commission, but Hannah communicated this well to us and was incredibly accommodating. The dress up box in the dining room was a massive hit with our family, much fun was had trying on the bits 😂. Hannah was a great host and was always helpful and replied quickly to any questions. Thank you!

Great location for the Racecourse and the local Pub's too

We loved our stay. The location was ideal, a short walk to a good local pub but it felt totally isolated. The garden was great, perfect for ball games and hide and seek. The dog loved exploring too. The house had everything we needed and a good kitchen to cook in. It was our first trip to Norfolk, beautiful beaches, great boating on the Norfolk broads and visiting the seals were high points. Would highly recommend and visit again 😊

We had a great little getaway, the apartment had beautiful interiors and so cozy for winter breaks. There were calfs on the drive way in and beautiful horses below. We would highly recommend to anyone considering, the hosts were really helpful too and quick with communication.

10 of us stayed for a hen weekend and it was perfect, very spacious and a lovely get away in a peaceful location. Beautiful house, had everything we needed and the hot tub went down well 😁 plenty of outdoor space where we were able to do a yoga session in the sun. 15/20 minute taxi journey to norwich city centre. Entry was easy and straight forward and host was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Sam and Georgia were very pleasant, relaxed & welcoming hosts. They’ve been AirBnB’ing for several years and it shows. Nothing really to fault - a well thought through offering and a great location in the centre of Cambridge. Perhaps not as cheap as a college room (I’ve tried that in the past!), but much more comfortable and pleasant and well located. Will certainly consider them again when I’m in Cambridge. Sam runs a tourist business so can provide good local knowledge/advice - though my schedule didn’t allow me to benefit from that. A lovely couple of dogs too.

We had a lovely time, the place was immaculate and very cosy. The complimentary snacks and Prosecco were the perfect touch. If you’re a couple and want a get away I would recommend to anyone!

The place turned out to be beyond all expectations. In a residential area, easy to reach, a quiet&safe place to return to;only 15 m.walk from the Historic Center,surrounded by parks and small local pubs,Bus Stops &Trains Station are also closer,so you ll have the chance to discover a bit of the Cambridgeshire if you like!Flat,it's absolutely fantastic!Sunny,spotless equipped with all you may need!Plenty of space at your disposal,a large bright room with independent access-huge,comfortable bed,a private bathroom filled with all comforts possibly needed & more!Nothing missing,everything is tidy&clean as host takes such good care of it!Flat's unique in its style,a stunning place,made amazing by all its unique details,an house with a great personality-it mirrors Colleen's.She s a perfect host,communication has been effective and easy-info.&rules,very clear She s always happy to help and share tips!She's kind,descreet,perfect to share flat with&much worthy a chat!Highly recommended!!!

Brilliant night away. Was very clean and tidy, with great decor. The spa was great, everything worked as it should and was well explained on how to use. Would highly recommend and will stay again.
