Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in North Devon District

I stayed here for several weeks for a placement at the hospital and the apartment had everything I needed. The location was perfect for both the hospital and train station.

Great apartment, very clean and spacious. Everything you need is there and it’s really close to the town centre and all of the beaches. This is the second time we have stayed and we will hopefully return in 2023.

Marcus's place was great for our visit to Cornwall. The apartment was very clean and in a nice building. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and two beaches. When we got lost during check in Marcus was available over phone and he called us again later to make sure we got in okay. Very friendly!

My family and I had a wonderful time. We even extended our stay by 2 nights as we didnt want to leave. The apartment was really lovely, had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen. My boys loved the tennis court and swimming pool. The views from the apartment were stunning overlooking the sea. we started each day with a morning (very cold) swim in the sea followed by a lovely coffee/hot chocolate from the cafe on the beach. I would highly recommend Des's apartment. We will definitely be returning

Perfect for young families. We had everything we needed. Jon and Jo were super responsive and made us feel right at home. We would defintely stay here again.

The property is amazing. Far beyond our expectations. The location is perfect for a walk to the beach and the town/harbour. Sioned was very helpful, answering any questions we had. Excellent host and an amazing property. We will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Niloo’s apartment was gorgeous with a stunning view a stone’s throw away from a beautiful beach and within easy walkable reach from Falmouths centre. The apartment was spotless and with everything we could have asked for and more. We would 100% recommend.

Very well equipped and stocked - it has everything that you can possibly think of and more. Quiet location with fabulous view but minutes away from the town centre. Had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend

The apartment is in a great location for the Quay and City centre. Kene’s communication was great. We couldn’t find on street parking but used a car park a short walk away. Everything was as described. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We’re a young family of 6 and stayed for 4 nights during the Summer half-term holiday. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is very well located next to South Sands beach and adjacent to the Harbour Beach hotel. It was great to be able to make use of the pool & spa in the hotel. We all had a great time, and this apartment will definitely be on our shortlist for our next trip to Salcombe!

The flat was spotless clean and very well decorated. Perfect location for a walk into town and also a stroll to Gylly beach. The view from the window was a delight when opening the curtains in the morning. one thing to note is the flat is a top floor and there is no lift. we never used the Falmouth hotel for swimming or gym but we did find that the bar was a perfect place for a drink on the way out\way back. Would love to stay here again. Never had to contact Nicola during the stay due to no issue's, however we did receive regular updates from Nicola. perfect holiday thanks you Nicola.

I stayed with Mike and Bert for two weeks while a house sale went through, I brought with me my high maintenance Bengal cat Kevin Bacon. During our stay Mike has gone out of his way to accommodate us, the accommodation is completely separate and lockable, I felt completely safe, I knew Kevin was secure and didn’t see any red flags. Mike is laid back and approachable, the perfect host. The bed is extremely comfortable and everything I have needed has been included with no extra costs or limitations. Bert is a very good boy and has been trained properly, he doesn’t go upstairs but he will bring you a shoe each time he sees you as a greeting, Bert was completely safe around Kevin when I took Kevin in the garden. There is easy parking at the accommodation and lots to do in the area, lots of walks, castles, stepping stones over rivers, sand dunes, beaches, horse riding and a decent selection of Pubs. If I ever end up homeless again I will be coming back! Thank you.

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Absolutely sparklingly clean and all mod cons. Perfect for our family of three and so close to the Falmouth Hotel where our Family celebration was being held, in fact there was a connecting bridge between the Hotel and the apartments. Could not have been better. Thank you Kevin.

Nice place to stay, rural area, lovely views. The place is spacious, well equipped. Nice fitness area. There’s a parking space close to the entrance and also electric charging available.

No 8 is a lovely house that has been beautiful decorated throughout. Everything is clean and modern and the welcome basket was particularly welcome. Elliot is a responsive host, we had a minor issue and he was straight round to sort it out. There are a lot of stairs so not for anyone with mobility issues. We would thoroughly recommend this house, we had a lovely weekend.

We stayed for the weekend at Jemma’s place and it was the most beautiful, clean and homely home. The house is designed beautifully and a very open space. Jemma was responsive and clear with all instructions. Highly recommend. Thank you

Felt like a home from home, don’t worry about taking everything including the kitchen sink as they have it there like washing up liquid, towels, board games, loo roll, coffee etc. Very picturesque, lovely stream at the back of the lodge. The staff in the pub on site are very friendly and the food was good. Used the indoor pool which was clean.

Enjoyed our stay here and had everything we needed. Great location for seeing different parts of Cornwall. Good to have the facilities on site especially the swimming pool which my boys loved.

Lovely home for our large family get together. When asked questions Elisha was very quick to respond and even recommended some lovely restaurants. We loved Penarth it’s such a lovely place to stay. We could stroll for about 20 minutes to the pier and various restaurants from the house. Also easy access into the city by train.

Great place, a lovely mix of shabby chic and industrial decoration. Spacious , clean , tidy and great views over countryside. Saw deer at sunset both nights we stayed. thankyou

Couldn’t think of a better place to stay during our visit to Cornwall. Peace and tranquility with an interior that makes you feel right at home. Very well stocked kitchen, games for the children, incredible hot tub and the most comfortable beds! You get some decent views all day and night with not another soul insight. Well worth the price and we will be returning as our large family gave it their platinum seal of approval.
