Townhome vacation rentals in North Devon District

The flat is amazing and in an ideal location. It has its own car parking space which is in the barriered car park on the other side of the harbour which we could clearly see from the lounge and bedroom windows. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for clothes etc. We will definitely stay again and we have already recommended the flat to our daughter and her husband. Elizabeth was very responsive to our questions and was very happy to help us.

We had the most amazing stay at the house, it felt home to home and the views were absolutely amazing, thank you for having us stay, we hope to return in the future 😃

Great Spacious town house - exactly as the photos show. Extremely well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Sue was very friendly and had great communication. Thank you for a great place to relax in after our long days walking on the coastal path

Had the best family New Year at Rose's. Beautiful welcoming and very cosy home. Stunning sea views from the house. Right near the shops, pubs and restaurants. Excellent communication from Rose giving you all the required information you need and more. Could not of wished for a better family break set in the most fabulous location. The house has ample space providing you with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Fresh towels, toiletries, lots of games to play, the list goes on. Would very highly recommended and we will most definitely be returning.

Really lovely stay. Right on the beach front and a 10 minute walk from the town. The nightlife was really good and day time activities too. The house itself was lovely, really clean and spacious. Well worth the money we paid and would absolutely stay again. Thank you :)

We just had such a wonderful week-long stay here!! I highly recommend the house for families visiting Lyme Regis. It’s a perfect size and location for a family holiday - we were three couples and our 4 month old baby, and we had everything we needed. Chris is a fabulous host; really responsive and he provided very clear instructions on finding and accessing the house. A bottle of local wine and biscuits were there for us when we arrived which was such a lovely touch! All three bedrooms are large, perfect for either couples or children sharing. The kitchen is big and bright with a lovely glass roof, its ideal for cooking big family meals. The sea views at the top of the garden are to die for, and it’s a beautiful spot for sundowners and a bbq! The house is in a great location as it’s a very short walk to the seafront and all the bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much and look forward to coming back again!

Our stay in the house totally lived up to the expectations we had based on previous reviews. The views from the balconies on all levels are stunning. The inside of the house was very good too, with comfortable furniture, a well stocked kitchen and great bathrooms for all the bedrooms, albeit that the one on the lowest level is on the small side. Having a garage was a useful bonus although larger cars would probably struggle to get down to it. Finally, Helena's friendly and helpful communication was much appreciated. The place warrants the high rating I and others have given it.

We had a fabulous stay, thank you! The house is really well equipped, clean and modern. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and the hot tub was a great bonus. Location is perfect. We’d definitely return and recommend.

Keith was a fantastic host, was always quick to respond and help with any questions I had. Place was beautiful, location was easy to travel from when we wanted to go out into the town and to other surrounding areas. House was clean, had everything we needed and more! Can’t complain at all!

Fabulous place to stay great location well equipped, there was 10 of us celebrating our mums 80th birthday we were able to cook a lovely meal and sit comfortably around the dining table.would definitely recommend and will be looking to book again when visiting the area.

We could only stay four nights, but enjoyed returning to our “home” after exploring the surrounding area. We appreciated the welcome pack of scones, jam and clotted cream and milk in the fridge. My sons appreciated the novel ciders. A short walk into town where we investigated Robin’s recommended eateries and surf schools/beaches. The bedrooms were very comfortable with crisp linen and ample storage. Enough bathrooms for one each!!! (We were a party of 3!). Great parking right outside the townhouse. Kitchen well equipped and a comfy sitting room with balcony to watch the sunset over the sea. Great place as a base to explore North Cornwall and beyond.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Simon’s Airbnb. The house comfortably housed 8 adults for the weekend. It was ideally located for the venue we were attending. All in all I would recommend and we’ll be using it again.

What a fabulous place! Absolutely stunning - we had the best time staying in this house. Near to shops, easy (and cheap) taxi ride to the restaurants and bars and… very very comfy beds! Loved it and would recommend it if you’re planning a stay in Newquay

Lovely home near the centre of Padstow. Easy walk to where all the bars and restaurants are. We stayed here with our baby and had plenty of room. Felt very homely and comfortable beds. Well equipped with everything we needed, able to cook meals etc. We didn’t use it but there is also a nice outside seating space with bbq. Helpful and friendly hosts.

Great place to stay. The house has everything you need. Really comfortable and clean. Pat answered all our messages supplying local information and contacting us about the Watchet wheelbarrow race which we all enjoyed. We really enjoyed our time in Watchet.

Church View Cottage is in a lovely spot. It’s in the centre of town but very peaceful. I stayed for a month and it felt like home. Everything was spotless, the kitchen is well equipped, the shower is powerful and the bed is very comfortable. Neil and Marilyn are friendly and thoughtful hosts.

We had a great weekend get away at Camille’s property. Very cute and cosy cottage, within easy walking distance to all restaurants and activities in Falmouth! The property was very easy to get into, with a convenient and secure off street park. We would happily stay again on another trip to Cornwall.

Fiona was a lovely host giving informative ideas and letting us know exactly about the place and what can be done around the area. She was very amenable as we had two dogs of which one was a puppy. The house is a gorgeous place that is central to Ilfracombe. We found two amazing take aways whilst there and loved sitting in the lounge looking at the sea eating them - as the weather wasn’t great. We’d highly recommend a stay at Fiona’s place.

We loved our stay at White Rabbit. We especially loved the location and the garden. The apartment has been well prepared for guests, with clear instructions upon arrival, a welcoming atmosphere, clean ( I seemed to notice it was very clean), all the essentials required for a comfortable stay and then more! Being right in the heart of Glastonbury we were very happy here with cafes and shops we could stroll to easily. Even though I didn't need him for anything, I felt Keith would have been ready to look into any issue we had. Thanks for being a great host, Keith. Communication was also spot on.

There were eight of us, five adults and three children (aged 12-14). We had plenty of space and the house was as described. It rained most of the time, and we were able to spread out, or gather in the conservatory for board games, without any issues. The beds were fairly comfortable, and the heating worked well. We had three cars and only on one occasion did one of us have to park a short distance away. There is also a nearby play area for younger children. Debbie was a perfect host.
