The apartment was 5 stars all the way. Beautiful location, sophisticated decor, hi tech appliances and stunning views. Chris and Tanya were helpful and responsive, it was an exceptionally enjoyable stay

Lovely stay at this beautiful cottage within Weston super mare. Booked for a birthday celebration and was an excellent choice. Location was brilliant, within walking distance from the pier and beach, as well as a few shops, restaurants and pubs etc. parking also avail on street for free or within a car park- £4 approx for 24 hours which is absolutely fine. Cottage itself was simple yet chic, adding an element of luxury with simplicity. Really lovely decor and amenities. Bed was supper comfy which is important for us. Kitchen was stunning, clean. A huge thank you for the local produce you provided, this was really appreciated and made it that extra special for us. Hot tub was great, situated in the garden and made private with beautiful fig trees and outdoor lights. Was really a special time away. Really great communication from the owners too. Overall could not fault the cottage and would definitely return.

We spent the half term break at Little Burston with our two young children, we had a wonderful time. The accommodation was everything we hoped from the previous brilliant reviews and more. A clean, bright and large space. Well equipped with everything you could want (games, DVD’s, kitchen utensils). A tranquil and peaceful setting not far away from Dulverton and within striking distance of lots of activities. The hot tub kept the adults happy and the kids loved the garden, trampoline and games of football. Carol was a great host, instructions left at the property were clear and easy. Walking recommendations all great. Goats and chickens out of the kitchen window was a highlight for the kids. Up there with the best Airbnb’s we’ve been to in the UK. We would not hesitate to return, if visiting North Devon again and couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

Amazing house, with beautiful scenery; photos don’t do it justice. Samantha was always quick to answer any questions and as a birthday surprise on arrival, had put up banners/balloons which I’d posted to her. There’s everything you can think of/need at the house and the hot tub was an added bonus; we went in every day! Would highly recommend and would love to return one day!

A brilliant stay in sues lodge. It’s so close to the beach! It was such an added extra to have a hot tub and the lodge was beautifully clean.

Peaceful and quiet location with sheep and alpaca in the neighbouring fields. Sitting outside the shepherds hut we could see the sea in the distance - same view from the hot tub. Very comfortable and well equipped with everything that we needed for our short break.

Rosie’s Retreat was absolute heaven. Quiet and private but close to Bude, pubs and beaches, the hut made for the perfect getaway. The view out over the valley was gorgeous, even in the rain sitting inside with the doors open was a delight. Lucy’s instructions were easy to follow and clear, important to get you out to the hut along a small country lane. It was clean and every detail was thought of. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing hideaway.

This place was perfect, we stayed here in May 2025 for 3 nights before our wedding with our 4 year old and 2 year old and our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer! Pollyanna offered us an early check in as soon as it was ready and greeted us upon arrival. She sent lots of recommendations when we booked which was very helpful too. It’s completely private, perfect location, situated on a farm in the country side, lots of wildlife to look out for whilst relaxing in the garden having a bbq or using the hot tub. It’s safe and secure for young children to play and there is a beautiful private lake just through the gate with a boat, paddle boards and a summer house with a ping pong table. It’s very nicely furnished inside, well equipped, easy parking, bathrooms and showers are great and we found the beds very comfortable. It was a pleasure to meet both Ian and Pollyanna who wished us well on our wedding day. We hope to come back again someday soon!

Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends & family. We went as two couples and three dogs (Hungarian Vizslas), staying in the two neighbouring cottages, and it was idyllic. We had the smaller cottage. Quiet, cosy and clean. We did the vineyard tour and wine tasting with our dogs in tow, which was fab, then had dinner al fresco in front of the accommodation, accompanied by wine from the vineyard. As well as being free to walk our dogs around the vineyard, there are lots of other country walks nearby. Staying in such an old property and countryside location, I was very pleasantly surprised by the strong WiFi, TV with all streaming channels and powerful hot shower, these were the cherry on top after a day out walking. Word of warning to owners of dogs reactive to livestock, there can be cows or sheep in the neighbouring fields only a few feet from the front door, with a fence that could easily be jumped through or over. Not an issue for us but could be for others.

Wonderful cottage in a peaceful location. Great base for exploring Devon with the kids. Very dog friendly too and the fenced off woods were a fantastic bonus. Cottage was a typical farm cottage (which is what we like) and was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kids loved watching the horses each day. We felt right at home and had a great stay in the flat, everything we expected and hoped for. Lynton and Lynmouth didn't disappoint and the countryside, roads and places to visit were great. The upstairs neighbour Jim, allowed us to park our motorbikes on his property which made it very convenient for us and gave us peace of mind knowing the bikes were safely off the road. Thanks for a nice holiday.

My grandson and I spent a lovely few days at the Rock Shack. It was very easy to find following Johns' Google map link. There was plenty of parking and the Rock Shack did not dissapoint. It was beautiful and peaceful with the sounds of birds and the stream. Everything was lovely and homely with plenty of space for the two of us. John was very responsive as my lack of technical knowledge meant I couldn't get the t.v to work, but it was sorted very quickly. The Rock Shack is in easy distance to Minehead, Watchet beach, Blue Anchor and Dunster Castle. I would definately recommend staying. Thank you John and Jill for an amazing stay.

Please don't miss the opportunity to stay here. Peaceful, serene and idealic surroundings. A cute, comfortable, well equiped and quirky cottage. The bed was soooo comfortable, lounge cosy and characterful and kitchen great for making a tasty meal. Bathroom super clean, warm with piping hot water to shower in. Soft cosy towels to dry with. Alison is friendly, helpful and a great host who has customer satisfaction at the forefront of her hosting. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

A beautiful spot with good walks nearby as well as Dartmoor, the coast, the Tamar, National Trust visits and Plymouth - the aquarium is a must. Private location but Claire is nearby if needed.

This was our second stay with Ben and Libby, and it was just as perfect as the first time. The Bakehose was as spotless and homely as we remembered, and will be the first one we check for availability on our future trips down to Devon to catch up with our family. In fact this time we arranged our trip around the dates it was free! Also, that the Manor Inn at Lower Ashton is such a great pub with superb food is an added bonus.

Just an AWESOME place. There were 8 of us (family celebration) and the house was super comfortable and easy. Pat was so great in answering our questions and pointing us in the right direction. Super location. And the views are just spectacular. One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. A+++

We were so delighted with the overall place! The pool and hottub were a big bonus! The bedrooms were beautiful and the bed linen was so clean and smelt incredible! Katka was a wonderful, friendly host, but didn't interfer with our privacy! The sea views from the balcony made for a stunning spot to relax while the kids played in the pool. Our little one was well catered for with toys and swim floats and a travel cot. Also they loved being able to play in the garden which was amother massive bonus for our kids. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again. It made pur birthday celebration so special. Thank you so so much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. The place is exactly as described, a very cosy little cottage with everything you need. Everywhere was clean and tidy apart from general dust you’d expected, with a lovely little basket of treats left for us on arrival. Check in was self done, flexible, and smooth, same with leaving. Lovely little village, a couple of local pubs within walking distance, lovely cafe just next door along with some very friendly ducks, chickens, lambs, goats and the occasional cat. Would absolutely stay here again and 100% recommend if you’re looking for a cosy and quiet get away. During our stay we explored Cheddar, Glastonbury and Frome, all within an hours drive and lots of lovely cafes and independent shops.

Lovely property and just what we and our granddaughters needed, particularly the pool ! even though the weather was not great! Thanks for being a great host Iona! The property was everything we expected and you were very responsive and helpful.

Had a great weekend over Easter at Jan’s place - a beautiful garden - the kids loved the trampoline and pool - we cooked BBQ outside our Accomodation kin the peaceful garden - had great fish and chips and a cider in Watchet - the nearest harbour town (10 min drive) - we also visited from the house; quantock hills (15 min drive) killer beach (15 min drive) minehead (40 mins) and linmouth - beautiful drive over Exmoor. Would definitely come back

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Naomi’s place with our two young children. The location is perfect - 5 min walk from the beach and literally a road away from the main strip of shops and restaurants. View is spectacular when having a cup of tea by the window! Use of the amenities at the nearby holiday park is a real bonus. Apartment was absolutely spotless, and had some really thoughtful extras, like a hidden doll house, some kids books and games. Thank you for a brilliant stay, we’ll be back!

Another Great week away in Brixham and surrounding areas. We love this little place, so cosy and quiet, it`s in a great location for walking and just being away from the world. If you are thinking of staying here don`t think too long just in case someone gets it booked before you do. Have added to our Favourites list for another Future Holiday.

Myself, my partner Claire and our little Pooch had a fantastic stay. The premises was in walking distance to the Fistral Beach. The restaurant recommended at Sea Spray was well received, we enjoyed our Brunch before checking in. Our hosts were great, facilitated an earlier check in than advertised. Would highly recommend staying here, we only wished we had more time.
