Private suite vacation rentals in North Charleston

We had a wonderful stay at the Private Riverland Loft while attending a friend’s wedding at Kiawah Island. It was so convenient to everything and provided us with everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable.

We were only there for 4 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. So peaceful and away from the chaos of the world, exactly what we needed. Laura was perfect, very proactive and made sure we knew that we could reach out for anything. Gave us a great spot for dinner, offered the use of their kayaks and even made us banana bread that was delicious!! Overall, the perfect spot for us to get away from it all and relax. Thank you Laura and family-you have an amazing spot and we were privileged to stay there and meet you.

IDEAL - the guest suite in Mount Pleasant was a wonderful experience. The host provided all the details of the unit, area hot spots including a perfect coffee shop less than a block away. First she ensured we had everything we needed, then provided tips for the our weekend in her lovely neighborhood. Best part was her sincere attention to ensuring we had the experience we were looking for. Looking forward to returning g to this guest suite, for sure.

Stratton’s place was great! Wonderful views of the marsh and a very short walk to the beach. Short drive to the main areas of Folly Beach and a day trip to Charleston. Helpful instructions and attention to details made it a great stay. Thanks so much!

Miriam was a wonderful host - very communicative, kind, and responsive. It is evident care is taken to make things in her space just right for guests. We loved the privacy, the view, and the fire pit was a plus! This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway, and we’d highly recommend to others.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Tricia’s place and it was perfect for the two of us! The apartment was super clean and cute. The bed and linens are comfortable as well. Considering this unit is a pet friendly place, we did not notice any signs of pets being in the unit previously—that’s how clean it was. We found that the location was truly the perfect spot between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach as Tricia listed. Another plus is that Ubers are readily available and cost around $8-$15. Tricia and Erik were both very welcoming and friendly. Tricia gave us so many recommendations on restaurants/places to go to. I would love to stay here again and I’d recommend others to do the same!

Quiet, comfy, and very enjoyable stay. Perfect location between Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach! Ubers were cheap and quick either way. Would highly recommend!

Sara was an amazing host for our weekend getaway. The loft was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. James Island was a great central point for exploring Charleston and the surrounding area. And Sara is very warm, friendly, and accommodating. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

A little bit outside of the city, it made it an excellent home base for checking out all of the different parts of Charleston!

Safe, calm quiet location. Beautiful, well decorated location. I do not have any complaints. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Had an absolutely awesome time there lots to do around the area. The room was very clean with a lot of amenities. Amber responded quickly and was helpful.

We liked the quiet neighborhood. A good place to take a walk around. Samuel was responsive to any of our questions. It was a comfortable place that has what you need for a weekend.

Loved the private driveway and small yard. Good location for visiting the various areas of Charleston. My only complaint was the tiny bathroom sink - it’s similar to a cruise ship and water got all over the floor whenever you washed your face/hands.

Stayed im charleston for a few days and the suite was perfect for us. Very cute, clean, and comfortable. Really enjoyed the area. It was quiet at night, and had several great food and coffee options im a walkable distance. Courtney was very responsive and I appreciate that.

My wife and I just returned from 4 nights at Lauren’s place and it was a great home base for us over our stay. The loft was easy to find and very close to all of Charleston’s surrounding attractions. The place was clean, bed was comfy, and neighborhood was beautiful. Communication from booking, to check in, to check out was helpful, prompt, and easy. We are coming back to Charleston later this year and will be booking the place again!

Mary Beth did a great job of being available if we needed her. The house was lovely, cozy, and spotless with all the household belongings we would have wanted to be comfortable. Kitchen was well outfitted for dining in, and we especially appreciated the chairs and cooler for going to the beach! Great vacation and would definitely go again!

The Four Winds Inn was better than described. As we moved in, a hawk observed us from a stump across the yard. She must have been nesting nearby, as I saw her a few more times during our stay. Finding a couple malt beverages, awaiting our arrival in the fridge, was perfect after a long day of travel. Each morning I enjoyed strolling down to their small dock on the stream to watch the turtles and birds. The accommodations were very modern, comfortable and inviting. The location is ideal with stores and restaurants within walking distance and Folly Beach and downtown only fifteen minutes away. Michael, Holly and their family were friendly and readily available, but the place was perfect we were in want of nothing.

Beautiful home with many amenities to equip you for beach days! House is clean and area is quiet yet very close by to attractions and restaurants. Bring mosquito repellant, as it sits close to a creek. Best stay ever!

A perfect place for 1-2 guests. Quiet, clean and cozy. Easy to find and to check in. The entree is on the back side on the house but it is only short walk from the where you park to the back door. The area is marked and well lit. No control over thermostat but otherwise the temperature was comfortable.

We loved the comfortable like home feel. The furnishings and fixtures were all quality. But the location was top draw, it’s close to everything you might want to do. Great place to spend your time.

Had a great stay, beautiful neighborhood and private accommodations above the garage at the rear of the property. We enjoyed the easy walk to credit one stadium through the streets. Home is quiet and has all the amenities you would need. Would definitely stay here again.

Paula’s place was very cozy and clean. We felt right at home and the room had everything stocked that you would need. The location made it easy to get to folly beach or downtown Charleston, about 15 minutes to both. Outside the home was so peaceful and relaxing, from the dock watching the wildlife to the hammock which was the perfect way to relax after a long day at the beach, the backyard really was an oasis. We loved our stay and we WILL stay with Paula again. Thank you for sharing your home with us! See ya next time!
