Condo vacation rentals in North Charleston

Great location on inter coastal waterway, within walking distance to Folly Beach, 20 minutes to Charleston. Roomy, comfortable and well kept condo with wonderful sunset views over marsh area seen from back porch every night.

Our family stayed over Christmas arriving to a beautifully decorated villa with a cute little tree lit up to greet us. The villa was beautiful with a majestic view of the Folly Pier at sunrise. The kitchen was well stocked as well as a good start with toiletries in each bathroom with plenty of towels. . The elevator was in great working condition with shopping carts all lined up to use with unpacking. The keyless entry was very convenient working well. The entire villa was just as depicted in the write up not far from Charleston. A great find with very receptive staff. Our family had a beautiful Christmas visiting the sights and sounds of the area staying for a full week in an immaculately cleaned villa. Cant wait to book again and spread the word to all our family and friends about this Charleston Coast listing.

We (family of 4) had a very good experience at this condo unit during the Spring Break. Location: 5/5 (a few minutes drive to the beach; Crosby's seafood market is within walking distance); Cleanness: 5/5 (living room, bedrooms and bathrooms); Privacy and Safety: 5/5 (quiet& peaceful condo community, and very friendly neighbors); Communication: 5/5 (friendly and responsive host); Amenities: 4.7/5 (Specially, the kitchen is well equipped, plus washer&dryer); *despite no impact to the overall experience, there were a few minor issues, which were communicated and acknowledged by the host; Bonus: the balcony with a great view (sunset)!

We stayed at the villa for a junior tennis tournament. The villa was close and perfect place to relax between matches. We rented bikes and biked along the beach and the paths every day. There was a Bluegrass band in the FreshFields village square that was fun. The Nest is a great spot for a quick bite, smoothie or grab something you may have forgotten.

Great location, close to everything FB has to offer. From stores, restaurants and the beach.. Fabulous people watching from the deck. Bedrooms had ample space, kitchen was well appointed. We played many a games of cards in the evenings while watching the goings on down on the street. Off street Parking as AMAZING,, Because let me tell you, parking is at a premium on FB. The entire island had a power outage our first night, but they had it back up and running in just a couple hours.. Would 100% return to BeachBliss and FB. We had such a great time here for a long weekend getaway. Our family had plenty of space in a great location. We loved walking into Folly Beach daily for lunch and not having to use a car. Kevin’s place was the perfect mix of beach and privacy. We’ll definitely visit again.

Kathy’s place was very nice and comfortable. Close to Brecks where we got a 30 oz steak for $32.99 was not a fancy place, but it was worth it and the steak was awesome. Another place we ate on the way out was in Somerville. Shuckin shack oyster bar. They had a great menu low price for the best oysters, clams and mussels. Steamed or raw also a great fried cod sandwich. I am sure everything there was awesome!! Oh good Bloody Mary too! The proximity of Karen’s place to a lot of things to do was nice. She also left us much appreciated wine and a gift. Thank you Kathy for a great stay!

Great location. Close to restaurants and the beach.

We stayed here in December 2024 with our dog Kenzie. Check in was easy and the place was spotless! We loved sitting on the screened in porch. Very close to bike path and a quick drive to restaurants and amenities on the island.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We appreciated the detailed instructions for check in and parking. Nice, quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to King St.

Amazing property with a superb host!

Beautiful condo! Well stocked! Very comfortable! The property manager handled our few concerns quickly and efficiently! I only wish it was closer to the beach but renting bikes is definitely the way to go! We had a wonderful stay! My other wish was for Hulu to be an app on the TV in the living room… unable to add it due to a code needed… otherwise wonderful place! Thanks so much!

Wonderful condo in a fabulous location! This condo was perfect for our multi week stay and everything was in excellent working condition and absolutely spotless!! We had a great stay at the condo. We were there with our 4 kids and the condo still felt spacious. Had everything we needed including little thoughtful things like USB outlets, a wagon and beach chairs - beds were comfortable as well! Great location within walking distance to the beach and pier as well as great restaurants and treats. Hosts were great and very responsive with clear instructions. Definitely would stay here again.

We came to town for a dance competition and wanted something affordable and at the same time something nice, relaxing, private with a sense of home. Kelly's place was just that. We were able to come and go as often as needed.

Wonderful stay at Folly! Condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Just a perfect location and space. We loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, playground and pickle ball. Having Charleston so close provided a midweek break from sand and a fun opportunity to explore. We all appreciated the quality of the local restaurants, the touch of easily accessible night life but mostly the gorgeous beach. The unit itself was clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to book this unit again!

Beautiful views. Steps from the beach and tons of restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds. Hosts were available by text and phone if needed.

We had the best time celebrating our 40th birthday at Emily's condo! She was super responsive to any questions that I had. The easy access to parking, the elevator, and the luggage carts were immediate perks. The condo was super clean. We enjoyed everyone having their own bathroom. My daughter loved the games that were there. We walked everywhere we wanted to go in Folly. It was nice not having to drive to eat, shop, or hang on the beach. The porch view was outstanding, especially at sunset. We also liked having a washer and dryer, so we didn't have to do a large amount of laundry after vacation. We have stayed in Folly many times in the past 15 years, but I think this is my most favorite place that we have ever stayed!
