Vacation rentals with lake access in North Charleston

We had a great stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to circle park and all other areas of Charleston. While they did a great job with the house refurbishing, we can tell that things have been abused and might need some maintenance. The EV charger was absolutely perfect for our trip and made the whole experience so much better.

The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The house matched the description online, was very clean, and well stocked. The lake was a nice feature . It’s a very close drive from the airport (maybe 5-7 minutes) and easy to get to nearby destinations in Charleston. There was a thunderstorm one evening that shorted the electronic house lock and the host resolved the issue immediately.

Jon is fantastic, the surf loft is a great cozy place to unwind and relax after a day on the beach. We'll be staying again for sure.

We had a wonderful time at Chris’ place and she was an extremely welcoming host (so was Bea)! Everything was exactly as described and shown in the listing. We loved spending our time exploring Charleston and enjoying a concert but found coming back to Chris’ allowed us to relax and recharge ❤️ Beautiful home with wonderful energy..,.so grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy this space!

This was perfect for two people. 30 minutes from downtown Charleston and 30 minutes from Folly beach. I loved this little studio and felt it was perfect for my Husband and I. 5/5 stars would 100% recommend to another couple wanting to visit Charleston! The communication between I and the host was also 5/5. She was always so responsive and extremely easy to get a hold of. The checking in and checking out process was ridiculously easy also. Overall a 5/5 experience, I have no complaints.

Lori's was great. We had one issue, the fridge stopped working...no one's fault. Lori got a replacement and gave us a min fridge to use until the big one came. That caused us to change some things around, but Lori worked with us--you can't ask for anything more. Again, a fridge not working is out of everyone's control. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay here! The house is beautiful and well maintained. Our daughter loved the backyard and getting visits from a goose. The location is perfect. We were under 10min to downtown and 15min to Folly Beach. We could also walk to a nice coffee shop and a few restaurants, one of which became our favorite from the trip. The Harbor View Rd (in which the house is located) can get a bit busy but there's no stop-in traffic, so it still felt very peaceful inside the house and the backyard. We'd love to come back again!

Some might call Kellie's place dated, I prefer nostalgic. I felt like I was somewhere that used to belong to my family and enjoyed that familiarity. The location is spectacular, the lake was perfect, and the yard is huge. There were also plenty of pillows and towels which is a plus when you have 7 or 8 people running around. Some said the house was small, but the back screened in porch is huge and we spent most of our time outside and when we were inside we weren't tripping all over each other, so I would say it's just right. We had a wonderful stay and will probably try to go back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. After driving for 3 days, it was the perfect place to rest and relax. The cabin with fenced in yard and screened porch had everything we needed. We used the trails, fishing gear and kayak! Denise and Tanya were amazing hosts! Loved all the little touches. Would highly recommend!
