Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nord de Palma District

Een toplocatie voor wie graag centraal zit voor uitstapjes én toch zich wil kunnen terugtrekken in de rust van het platteland. Mooi zwembad, we zwommen zelfs in april, evenwel frisjes uiteraard. Vriendelijke eigenaars die snel reageren. Veilig afgesloten. Super hygiënisch.

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

Excellent logement ! certainement l'un des meilleurs Airbnb dans lequel j'ai séjourné. le logement est grand, propre, bien équipé, et l'extérieur est paisible, bien aménagé, et parfait pour les vacances. le quartier est paisible, et les hôtes sont très réactifs. Je recommande très vivement ce logement, une vraie perle rare ! Une merveille pour un séjour en famille petit point d'amélioration pour être tatillon : la piscine n'est pas chauffée et n'a pas de bâche, autrement dit très peu utilisable en dehors de l'été. à minima une bâche à bulles pourrait réchauffer l'eau lorsqu'il fait beau. Mais pas de quoi empêcher une reservation, le logement est quasiment parfait sur toute la ligne.

El alojamiento fue todo lo que esperábamos del fin de semana, una casa en mitad de la naturaleza con todos los utensilios necesarios para no tener que salir de ella. La ubicación para un fin de semana de desconexión es ideal, Julian es un anfitrión encantador, fue muy atento desde el primero momento y la casa está muy bien equipada. Además para visitar Mallorca, al estar en el centro de la isla, es perfecta. Repetiría sin duda :)

Incrível. O dono da Casa foi bastante prestável. Casa super bem equipada. No lugar ótimo para quem quer estar longe da confusão. Tem uma piscina gigante, muito bem tratada. Apenas sentimos que haviam bastante mosquitos tendo ficado picadas. Tem bastante espaço e tem tudo que precisamos, até mesmo aqueles pequenos extras que por vezes não são assim tão necessário comprar. Gostamos muito, um check-in bastante fácil assim como o checkout. O dono da casa deixou de ficar até o final do dia.

Très bon séjour dans ce logement joliment décoré et extrêmement agréable par temps chaud. Bien situé dans quartier calme proche des restaurants et commerces de portocolom. A côté d'une zone naturelle sympa pour balade, jogging et baignades. Carmen était très réactive et flexible, extrêmement accueillante. Expérience très sympa. A noter que la salle de bain n'est accessible que par la terrasse extérieure, donc pas pratique s'il fait froid hors saison.

You will certainly not be disappointed or want for anything in renting this home away from home. Miguel is a very personable host that makes it his business to greet his guests on arrival and departure. He is very prepared and ready to welcome you. The house is in an excellent location and very close to the main square or downtown area of Santa Margalida, where you can dine in or take out from restaurants, bars or coffee shops. In addition, there's a grocery & butcher shop as well. Street parking is offered. The house comes with all amenities listed and is in pristine condition. There are several outdoor patios for dining. Miguel welcomed us with a fridge full of assorted drinks, dessert and a bowl full of fruit from his own land. Several of the best beaches are at most 15mins away. This property is an excellent find. I recommend Can Valenti 100%. I have decided this is my home away from home when I'm in Mallorca.

A lovely townhouse in the centre of Porreres. It’s in a great location, a few minutes’ walk from a bakery, supermarket and local bars and restaurants. The house is gorgeous - it is modern, however it has a lot of traditional unique features, such as the well in the kitchen, a quirky little window in the bedroom and pieces of vintage furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and the back garden is perfect for a nice lunch. We had a great relaxing time and we will definitely be going back. Joan has been a great host, replied quickly to all our questions.

We stayed at Fabrizio's Finca for an extended holiday weekend and loved the place! It is a wonderfully historic home and I truly look forward to staying there again into the future! It is a perfect place for a group to 4 - 6 people! Five Stars!!!

We stayed the second time in the villa and enjoyed it very much. Very clean and friendly. Definitely recommend it.

Salvador (der Besitzer) begrüßte uns herzlich mit einem vollen Obstkorb und einer süßen Spezialität der Region. Es wurde uns alles ausführlichst gezeigt und erklärt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Bel (ist von Salvador über eine Agentur beauftragt) hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Das Haus ist traumhaft - viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig, ohne Mietauto kommt man aber nicht weit. Restaurants und Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten sind mit einem Auto aber äußerst gut und schnell zu erreichen. Der Pool kann durch ein Gitter abgetrennt werden, was für uns mit kleinen Kindern perfekt war. Salvador oder sein Sohn kamen regelmäßig, um sich um den Pool zu kümmern. Das Grundstück ist riesengroß und wunderschön. Die Schafe des Nachbarn nebenan vermitteln zusätzlich ein Urlaubsfeeling. Es gibt in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage, die Küche ist top ausgestattet und wir können nichts bemeckern! Wir haben schon viele airbnbs besucht, aber dieses war das Schönste! Danke!!

Such a lovely stay at Margalida’s place! The countryside was gorgeous. She and Jordi were helpful and communicative!

Wunderschöne Finka in ruhiger Anhöhe 10 Gehminuten vom Strand. Die Vermieterin ist äusserst zuverlässig und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Ausstattung ebenfalls sehr komfortabel und sehr gemütlich. Der Pool immer top sauber, durch spezielle Filteranlage. Hier kann man sich richtig gut erholen. Der Ort ist etwas ruhig, aber mit dem Auto waren wir jeden Abend in 5 Min. im wunderschönen Cala Ratjada, wo man unzählige Lokale direkt in Küsten- u. Hafennähe findet. Der Strand Font de sa Cala ist dafür ideal, nicht riesig aber wunderschön. Selbst das große Hotel dort ist optisch vertretbar. Die Strandbar kulinarisch nicht ganz so prickelnd, aber für Pommes (ohne Wurst o. Hotdog - die gehn gar nicht!!!!) & Eistee o. Eiskaffee hat's gereicht. Alles in Allem ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer traumhaften Finka. ❣️🌞❣️

Sehr, sehr ruhige schöne Lage. Genau dass, was wir gesucht und gebraucht hatten. Das Haus, die Terrasse und der schöne Pool haben uns tolle und entspannte Tage ermöglicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Der Kontakt zu Guillermo war ebenfalls sehr gut, wir benötigten einmal Hilfe wegen des Stroms und Guillermo war innerhalb von 10 Minuten vor Ort.

We had the best time at Na Burguera. The house and the surroundings are beautiful and Sebastiana is the best host. She even had a homemade tortilla, snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival, which was so thoughtful! Our children loved the garden and all the toys. We did not walk into town as it was a little too far to walk with young children, but for adults it is certainly doable . We highly recommend staying at the house and would love to come back again!

Die Finca liegt sehr zentral und dennoch schön ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in Palma, wenn man es doch mal ein bisschen „aufregender“ haben möchte. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und einfach wunderschön. Wir haben die Zeit in Mónica‘s Finca auf alle Fälle sehr genossen und können einen Urlaub dort einfach nur empfehlen. Mónica ist eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin und ist immer da, um zu helfen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We had an amazing week staying here, the house was super clean and had everything you would ever need for a relaxing break. The hosts welcomed us to the house and gave us a thourough tour taking time to explain all the things to know. I would really recomend this house and host, they are a gem and made the holiday what it was. You'll need a car and the roads are narrow but very quiet so easy to drive. We loved the outside space too, the gardens were beautiful and the pool and outside grill were great assets to have We will be looking to go back as soon as we can, thank you

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family or a larger group!

Det här är ett fantastiskt boende! Vi var 3 familjer, totalt 11 personer varav 5 barn, och vi hade det jättebra. Det finns många sovrum (med AC och fläkt), många badrum, ett bra och välutrustat kök. Många matplatser. Trädgården är väldigt fin med pool, pingisbord och platser i både sol och skugga. Bra mataffär väldigt nära, ett par minuter bort med bil. Lugnt område. Max är en fantastisk värd! Väldigt trevlig och välkomnande, svarar snabbt och behjälplig med allt. Vi kände oss som hemma och kommer absolut bo här även nästa gång vi är på Mallorca! Tack Max för en underbar semester!

We had the most amazing holiday. The house had everything you could wish for and it was very very clean. It was very near the most beautiful beach. There were lots of nice towns and markets nearby. We loved our stay and highly recommend this house. The hosts were amazing. We had forgotten our passports and found out when we were already at the airport, Juan drove towards us with the passports and met us half way.

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful Villa (100yrs Old 😮), from the outdoor kitchen (also a kitchen indoor, with a show and tell wine cellar, you will see), heated pool, bedrooms in the main house and guest house (guest house also has a kitchen and definitely need to mentiom the heated pool. Everything was great, and we had an absolute blast. would highly recommend. Carlos and Berta were very helpful and all round great people. Thank you 🙏

Es ist eine sehr schöne Finca, die sehr geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet ist. Was uns sehr gefallen hat, dass alles ebenerdig ist. Das Sonnensegel ist leider aufgrund des starken Windes kaputt gegangen. Wir haben dies erst abends bemerkt, als wir nach Hause gekommen sind. Um 22:00 Uhr die Eigentümer informiert. Am nächsten Tag wurde bereits das Sonnensegel ausgetauscht. Toll. Das Ausschecken ging auch problemlos, obwohl wir um 04:00 Uhr morgens bereits die Finca verlassen mussten. Wir haben das erste Mal eine Finca auf Mallorca gebucht und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Finca kann zu 100 % weiterempfohlen werden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sebastia’s place was absolutely perfect for us. Nestled in the beautiful mountains and charming neighborhood of Soller, it was just a few minutes walk to downtown, very central and easy to get around, spacious, and clean ! Sebastia was an amazing host and left us welcome goodies for the week - wine, crackers, fresh fruits, and more. He gave us amazing recommendations for food in town, and was very responsive and considerate the entire trip. The home had perfect amenities for our toddler and two babies - set up with crib, high chair, and a large kitchen with a beautiful patio and orange tree. Parking was also close and easy and gave us flexibility to explore the rest of the island. Highly recommend this stay, and will definitely come visit again!
