A duplex on the seafront

My great-grandfather bought the land to build a small wooden house where his wife, my great-grandmother, could put on her bathing suit in private. It was the early 20th century and people were starting to swim simply for pleasure. He finally decided to build a house and that was how the first beach apartment in Puerto de Sóller came about; back then everything was countryside and he was able to choose the best views and location of the entire promenade. My wife and I had a terrific stay in this spacious apartment. Hubert warmly greeted us, showed us around the apartment, and gave us helpful tips on what to do in the area. He even provided us with beverages and some delicious snacks for our first evening. We felt at home, and the apartment has everything we needed to cook meals, including all the utensils and some spices. This place is only steps from a long sandy beach and an oceanfront walking path. We highly recommend Hubert's apartment!

Perfect stay in Cala Millor. The apartment is located on the 7th floor and offers an absolutely breathtaking sea view that makes every morning an unforgettable experience. There's nothing like waking up to this panoramic ocean view and starting the day. The apartment itself is very clean and well equipped. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay – from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed where you can sleep wonderfully. A special plus was the hospitality of the hostess Susan and her husband. Upon arrival (in the evening!) we were warmly welcomed, and she really took the time to give us some great restaurant tips. You can tell that she really appreciates her guests and makes sure they feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. Thank you Susan ;)

Very nice house in a top location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week . Separate electricity billing very transparent and appropriate. Raquel was always available at short notice. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That is, microwave irradiation 24/7! In my personal case, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlady, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building technology... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrink that you can't actually sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. The pool pump in the basement garage can't be heard at all. Great! It was not clear why a water pump has to be so noisy that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden pipe has a leak,and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

We had a fantastic stay at Toni’s apartment! The ocean view from every window in every room was absolutely breathtaking. Being just 20 meters from the beach, the location couldn’t be better. The area is very walkable, with a beautiful promenade stretching for miles, perfect for cycling, running, or strolling. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants, which offered a great variety of options. Inside, the kitchen was very well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were spotless. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The fast broadband internet was a huge bonus, especially since we needed to stay connected during our trip. Overall, Toni’s apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s the great getaway spot, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

This was our third visit to Sant Elm / San Telmo so we already knew what an absolutely beautiful resort it is and, pretty much, exactly where the apartment is located. This must be our favourite resort on Mallorca (we've visited the island most years over the last 20) but Sant Elm just really hits the spot for me - a huge selection of really good restaurants, having enough variety to keep things interesting. It feels very cosmopolitan and certainly not over-run with British tourists. It's just a really cool, sophisticated, relaxed place - we love it! The beach is also very chilled - plenty of sun-loungers and very few people doing the pre-breakfast towel drop so no need to be down at 8.00 to secure a spot. The apartment was lovely; really clean with a really nice modern kitchen, fantastic terrace and right opposite the beach! Knowing exactly where it was I was a little bit worried about noise from the restaurants but none of us could hear anything once inside. Perfect - Thank you!

Great location, very clean, pretty and practically furnished (private washing machine, dishwasher and electric heater). Fantastic breakfast and sun deck! The communication with Dolores was very good, she always responded quickly to my questions. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!
