Was able to respond quickly and positively to my requests and each time in my favor 🤗 The apartment is very well located in Niort and everything is within walking distance. Easy parking nearby and quiet street. Well-appointed and maintained apartment that contains all the essentials for a pleasant stay. I only found two weak points: noisy neighborhood and the bed is not very good quality (it creaks a lot)

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

We came for the weekend in Fontenay-le-comte and we are not disappointed to have had this place during our holidays. It is more than enough for two people, it is remote and in a quiet place, Lucette was very nice and very responsive. Definitely recommend a place to stay!

Absolutely lovely apartment perfect for a couple. Very tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed and well equipped. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and visited La Rochelle and Ile de Ré, both lovely places to visit.

We had a pleasant stay at Sandrine and Manu's. The studio is very well decorated and functional. It was very clean. A bottle of wine and Easter chocolates were waiting for us, very nice touch. And the spa is a plus, especially after a busy day at Puy du Fou. Sandrine and Manu gave us good advice on restaurants nearby, unfortunately the Auberge du Donjon was closed. We won't hesitate to come back and will recommend the studio to our loved ones.

The warm welcome from Valerie and Pascal demonstrates their enthusiasm to welcome us. Thank you for everything. The spa break was much appreciated. The environment is exotic and relaxing. We'd love to go back.
