House vacation rentals in Niederau

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile crib, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. Due to the size of the sauna, several people can relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

We (2 families) felt very comfortable. Homeowner lives in an in-law apartment in the basement. He was super helpful and friendly and very eager to give us a nice and pleasant stay. The house is huge and the garden is wonderful. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The view is great!!!! In our opinion, having a car on site makes sense. Our excursion destinations (Hexenwasser, Elmis Zauberwelt, and much more) are easy and uncomplicated to reach within 20 minutes by car. We had a great time and can only recommend the place. We will be happy to come back sometime.

We were able to celebrate a very pleasant bachelorette party, the apartment offered everything we needed and the communication was very good. Recommended

Wonderful place to stay in the mountains with its own pool. It was even more beautiful as described. Beautifully laid out with amazing views on all sides. A place to feel good!

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

We had a great holiday here! You immediately feel at home and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the right starting point for us for many excursions in the area and you will find everything you need there as well as many nice restaurants. We were 6 people on the property. The check in was very straightforward. The room layout was impressive on so little living space. Also that each room has a full bathroom. The height in the "attic" looks higher in the pictures. As an adult, however, you can only move there on all four. Also, there is no blackout option or privacy screen. The dishwasher is a great Enrichment in the kitchen. The indoor climate is great. We used the sauna. The sauna towels & infusion are also included there.

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot or by bus (ski area, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauern thermal baths, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family

We had a great stay at Marina & Max's! The apartment is very clean and well equipped. In the kitchen, everything you need in kitchen utensils is available (including a small coffee machine). There was a dishwasher & an oven (which is not a given). The bathroom is spacious with a large shower. There was also a washing machine. In the living room there was a large tv. The area is very quiet, but still very easy to reach by car. The hosts are very kind and very responsive to messages. We felt very comfortable there!

We stayed with Josef and Christine for an extended weekend and would have liked to have stayed longer. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and has very comfortable beds. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the beautiful garden around the house. Christine and Josef are great hosts and always available for questions. We can recommend the accommodation and would book again at any time.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our group of 12 people and offered more than enough space for everyone. The location is a real highlight - the mountain scenery is amazing, and the quiet, secluded location allowed us to have a relaxed stay without worrying about neighbors. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking together a real pleasure. A special highlight was definitely the sauna, which provided relaxation after active days. The host was very helpful and responsive - thank you so much for a great time!

An absolutely perfect stay! The vacation rental was lovingly and completely furnished down to the smallest detail – we didn't miss anything. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, very communicative and always quickly accessible. You felt immediately welcome. We were particularly impressed by the wonderful location: The view was simply breathtaking – whether in the morning with coffee or in the evening at sunset, a real highlight. We will definitely be happy to come back!

We spent our "honey moon" in the beautiful holiday home at Sabine's. Sabine greeted us so warmly and provided us with great information. The cottage is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love. The location is outstanding. Directly on the Alpbach and within walking distance of Lake Tegernsee. Shopping is right across the street. Dear Sabine, we thank you for our unforgettable vacation 🤩

The apartment is just as great as described. It was super clean, is excellently equipped and very well located to explore the beautiful Chiemgau. Anja, our contact person, did the check-in with us and also gave us good tips. Sabine also inquired about us and was super friendly and interested. Next time, we would book the accommodation through Airbnb again.

A beautiful, extremely functional house with extremely tasteful decor. Also, everything you might need is there (esp. winter things, but also bicycles). Three terraces and retreats for everyone and the location is one of the most beautiful in this area (Prama is right in front of the Wilder Kaiser and you can walk there). The hostess is also very kind, any problems are solved immediately.

We (4 gentlemen) were in Ruhpolding for an extended weekend of hiking. The place was an optimal size for the 4 of us. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we hadn't really thought about the width of the sofa bed, so it was a bit tight for 2 of us. Instead of reacting according to the motto "bad luck", the two of them directly remedied the situation and brought about a solution. Totally super and absolutely not a matter of course!! 😍 You could always count on getting a prompt response to any questions. The communication and organization in general was super relaxed and reliable. All in all a great place with great hosts!

We were in Innsbruck for a workation and had a few really nice days here. The accommodation is very well equipped and has ample space for 5-6 people. Unfortunately, we did not have such good weather and therefore could not use the outdoor areas properly, but in nice weather the various balconies are certainly also a highlight. In addition, the communication with Heidi and Ria was optimal, we always got a quick and friendly answer. We can definitely imagine spending a few more days here.
