It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. WELCOME to the OBERHAUSBERG house! Our cozy attic apartment at 1,000 m above sea level in Niederau can accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with 1 cozy living room with sleeping facilities, 1 kitchen, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom, as well as a small balcony. Since our house is located on a mountain, a car is clearly an advantage. Of course, you can also walk up easily, but you have to allow 30-45 minutes per trip

Our apartment Enzian with approx. 65m ² has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, a modern kitchen-living room and a cozy balcony. On the shared roof terrace with magnificent views of Lake Achensee there is a shared lounge area and grill. Linens and towels are included in our free parking space. All leisure facilities in the Karlingerhof as well as the garden and the large playground are available to our guests.
