Exceptional location 4 km from Nice and 8 km from Antibes, with just one street to cross to be on the beach and on the bike path that connects Nice to Antibes . The studio is oriented to the rear with calm and sunshine. The SNCF station and bus on foot.The personal vehicle is superfluous . ideal studio for a couple. Nice Carnival and Lemon Festival in Menton.
