Beach house vacation rentals in Nice

Ett fantastiskt bra hus för mig och mina fyra barn och två respektive där alla fick plats i bekväma och rymliga sovrum med många badrum. Jag njöt av utsikten varje dag med bergen i ryggen och havet framför mig. Vackra blommor och fågelsång. Tips att köpa 3 eller 7 dagars kort som täcker regionen för att kunna ta tåg eller buss längs kusten. Vi turades om att bjuda på middag och äta tillsammans i huset varje kväll. En ljuvlig vistelse.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

We were pleasantly suprised at this property, it was even better than the pictures! The view really is superb. When seated on the patio there are clear sea views and the local calanque and hillside can also be seen. we spent a lot of time out there. Valerie was a perfect host, there to meet us and on hand with any queries during the stay. This was the perfect base for us to explore the coast to Cannes. If we visit the area again we would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à Saint-Raphaël. Le logement en rez-de-villa était impeccable et très bien équipé. La piscine privée était un vrai plus, nous permettant de nous détendre en toute tranquillité. L’emplacement était idéal, et nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite à l’aise. C’était parfait pour un séjour en famille. Merci pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Everything was as described in the property listing and in the reviews made by other guests and it isn’t going to disappoint you! This is just the right place for you if you’re looking for a peaceful accommodation in walking distance to the beach, the city and the train station in Juan-Les-Pin. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, you can take the 36 steps (or was it 37) to the pool, where you can enjoy the pool shared with some other people in the gated community. Most of the time we had the area for ourselves and sometimes there was lots of life, but never overcrowded. Close to the property you will find an excellent bakery, a very good fish store as well as a grocery and several butchers. I got only good things to say about our host, Maike. She is very responsive and does everything to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.

The villa is superb and beautifully presented. The pool was used every day and we had a great stay. Pascale is an excellent host and very responsive. I’d love to return at some point in the future.

Catherine is a wonderful host! This place was perfect for a family of four and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of time - morning and night - on the terrace embracing the view. Everything we needed was supplied, including a fridge outside - that helped tremendously and allowed us to eat breakfast and dinner at the house. Catherine checked on us daily and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and ice cream shops which were delicious! A grocery store isn't far from the house and there is a path (short cut) that cuts down the time if you want to walk. Remember, you are carrying items uphill on the way back! It was a little chilly for the pool while we were there, but in warmer weather - what an addition to your trip! Not a far drive to Nice or Monaco! Thank you, Catherine and Sergey!

Wir haben 10 Tage in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft. Sie liegt ideal, um das Zentrum von Fréjus und alle nötigen Geschäfte zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Haus ist gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet, und wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das besondere Schmuckstück ist der Garten, der mit viel Liebe gepflegt wird. Vincent hat immer extrem rasch auf Fragen geantwortet, und als es einmal ein kleines, technisches Problem mit dem Tor gab, hatte er es in Rekordzeit gelöst. Wir waren extrem zufrieden und möchten uns herzlich bedanken, dass alles so gut und unkompliziert organisiert war.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. le logement était très confortable, calme et bien situé. le jardin est très agréable. et c'est pratique de pouvoir garer sa voiture. Marie Paule et son mari son très accueillant et bien veillant. Je recommande vivement ce logement si vous souhaiter passer un très bon séjour et vous ressourcer

La Napoule is a quiet village on the French Riviera, right next door to the bustle of Cannes and 30 minutes from the Nice airport. The Casa-du Pecheur or Fisherman's cottage is on a small street right near the water, across the street from the beautiful Chateau de la Napoule, near many restaurants, and close to the cafe, butcher, grocery store and bakery in La Napoule. No need for a car. The casa is also right next to the train stop. We were there in February, so the noise from the train did not bother us. There is a small kitchen dining living room space on the first level, a bedroom and bath on the second level and two bedrooms and a bath on the third level. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It is a cozy and charming place to stay. Our host Jacqueline was very responsive and checkin and check out went smoothly. Jacqueline also responded to a few requests for additional supplies. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

We were really impressed with Cyril’s place. It felt very cute and full of character, as it was very old. Exactly what we had been looking for. The location was fantastic, as we could walk down to the beach in just minutes. Only slight issue was the lack of air con with the August heat, but this was mentioned before we booked, so our own mistake. Overall, we would definitely recommend you stay here. It was such a lovely stay, and so close to everything!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Noura. Le logement est fidèle à la déscription de l'annonce et très propre. Nous avons particulierement apprécié son emplacement très près de la plage et tous les commerces sont à proximité, bus...etc. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le frère de Noura à notre arrivée comme à notre départ. A bientôt 🙂

Siamo stati 3 notti presso l’abitazione, l’host Pierrick è stato cordialissimo e super disponibile. La casa è stata perfetta e attrezzatissima sotto ogni punto di vista. Le 4 stanze erano comode e ben disposte. Il riscaldamento era ottimo. La jacuzi è una chicca non da poco! Un posto dove ritorneremmo volentieri.

Casa pulita e con mobili ed infissi nuovi, fornita di tutti gli utensili, wifi ed altro. Didier è una persona molto amichevole ed è stato sempre reattivo ai messaggi. Peccato che il giardino sia un pò in stato di abbandono, con un pò di cura l'alloggio diventerebbe davvero una piccola perla. Attenzione se avete una macchina lunga (SUV o station wagon o comunque superiore a circa 4,40 mt) perchè il parcheggio è un pò stretto e richiede alcune manovre per poter entrare/uscire. Potrebbe essere un problema avere lo spazio di manovra se il parcheggio è pieno.

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Hele fijne plek! De speeltuin op 30 meter afstand voor 1 tot 4 jarigen vond onze peuter geweldig. Op dezelfde afstand zit een bakker en het fijne zandstrand is een klein stukje lopen door het park. Het huis zelf is in alle opzichten fijn. We twijfelden vooraf over de privacy van de tuin, maar door wat mooie bomen zit je hier privé en alle aansluitende ramen horen bij het appartement. Aan de keuken kan je zien dat het huis van een kookliefhebber is. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, zeker een aanrader dus!

Nous étions 11 personnes et nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. La maison est vraiment incroyable avec une vue qui ne manquera pas de vous dépayser. L'accès au bout du jardin à une petite plage est extraordinaire. Tristan est arrangeant et répond très rapidement aux messages. Nous ne pouvons que recommander vivement un séjour dans cette magnifique villa.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. location is great, short walk to beaches, wonderful bakery and restaurants. Place was quiet, private and included all that we need - cooking, laundry, wifi, comfy bed, etc. Things to note - parking is a few blocks away, path leading to unit has stairs, and mosquitos in the garden area during our stay - perhaps not a year round issue. Overall, the place really grew on us and we would definitely stay again. Host was accessible and pleasant. Recommend for those looking for a relaxing getaway from the big crowds of Nice. It's close enough to get in the action if you want, but a nice reprieve.

It was a great stay! Clean and spacious room, and private furnished outdoor area where you could enjoy with ocean view. Great location close to beaches and trails. Gio is a helpful host and provided a ton of recommendations. We really enjoyed our conversations with him and had an amazing time! Definitely recommend this place if you want to experience the local serene life in Antibes!

We had a wonderful stay at Pascals house. He is a great host and the communication was super kind and always helpful. 🙏🏻 We stayed for four weeks and didn’t want to leave, since we truly felt in love with this stunning view and the location. The house really comes up with everything you can ask for. Was super clean and everything was well prepared for our arrival, including towels and bathrobes for us. Amazing! The house is located in a gated community area and is quiet and far away from the troubles in Cannes. We enjoyed the relaxation and the calm view on the ocean. The only little improvements we would share: the garden suffered from the heat and needs a little helping hand. But other than that, we really liked the green surrounding. There is no air con on the upper level, but you can flood the space with fresh and cold air by opening all windows. We want to thank Pascal for the great time we were able to spend at his house and we will really, really miss the fantastic view. This is outstanding! Thanks so much.
