Welcome to Lexi's Beach Loft. The Apartment is right across the street from the beach and features vaulted ceilings in the living area, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a loft. Enjoy the large screened in porch or watch the sunrise from the loft area. The beach is a quick 250 yard stroll. It is on the non driving section of New Smyrna Beach. The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails.

Great Location, Walk to Flagler Ave, where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. Beach access is less than a 2 minute walk, just across the street. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a cooler are at the house for use. We have multiple units please contact host if you have a big group.
