Beach house vacation rentals in New Smyrna Beach

First off, what an amazing Airbnb in such an amazing destination. This host was THE BEST Airbnb I’ve stayed at locally in Volusia County / Daytona Beach. Great fenced area for dogs & pool area for family! Comfortable to say the least, & the neighbor was such a friendly lady! We would love to recommend & book this for our future vacations! Tiffany was a super welcoming host and really easy to reach whenever we had questions or needed anything. The house was super clean and had all the basics—and then some—which made settling in a breeze. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood but still really close to great restaurants and delivery spots. We had an awesome time hanging at the beach, chilling by the pool, and just relaxing in the comfy house. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend if you’re headed to Daytona!

Words can’t even describe how great of a stay we had! Phenomenal! Great host spotless never felt more at home! Very responsive and helpful. This was I’d say the very best airbnb we have stayed at! They had every thing needed for the beach bikes,umbrellas, chairs, beach carts just everything above an beyond! My fiance Got to meet craig in person wondeful dude! The house was beautiful and located perfectly for our needs. We spent a lot of time in the house at the pool, enjoying the view and the comforts of the home. We spent one day at the beach which was a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. We also enjoyed New Smyrna beach which was about a 30 minute drive. I got up early every morning and enjoyed the peaceful sunrise on the dock. I even saw a dolphin! Thanks for the amazing hospitality!

we loved our stay at Ponce inlet, it's a wonderful neighborhood. we were traveling a lot to and from Daytona beach which was a little drive everytime but it did not trouble us.

Wonderful place to stay. A short walk up the sidewalk and across the road to get to the beach. The pool out back is enclosed and was great to relax and cool off. We used the gas grill for a few meals as well and trying some of the local seafood restaurants. We had a great time! Thank you!

Instructions for check-in were given well in advance of us arriving. Everything was clearly laid out and the place was in beautiful working condition that we never needed to reach out. Lots of beach gear provided that we never unloaded ours from the car. The 5 adults in our family had plenty of space to spread out and relax, and everything felt very homey. Throughout our week stay, we kept saying “when we stay here next time…”

I felt right at home here. The condo had everything we needed. I liked the security of the private parking and locked entrances. The master bedroom area, including the master bath, were my favorite place to relax second to the private balcony with ocean views. The place was clean and exceeded our expectations. I loved the openness of the kitchen, dining and living room area. I would love to stay here again! Thank you again 🙏

We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

Beautiful place to stay. At walking distance of all major attractions, like the Daytona Lagoon Waterpark, the beach itself, an iHop and many more stuff! Great little house for a family or friend group.

Great, cozy home exactly as advertised. My parents stayed here for almost a week, and had never used airbnb until this time. I'm glad this was their first experience, because they loved it. Tiffany was always responsive too, which was a huge bonus. Thank you!

Perfect location, very comfortable home! We will be back!

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

Very nice getaway house — cozy, comfortable, and clean. The backyard and outdoor patio amenities were a great bonus. It was a perfect spot for our team, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. Highly recommend. Thank you again for hosting us!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. The place was absolutely perfect. The beach was so nice and hardly crowded even on memorial weekend!! We really enjoyed the outside patio with the long table to seat all our family. We BBQ and had a great time laughing with family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner. We enjoyed playing the games you provided. It was just absolutely perfect. Quick and Great communication with any questions/concerns we had. We will absolutely be back next year! Thank you again!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is easily walkable to the beach and all the restaurants and shops on Flagler Avenue. Karen was very responsive when we had some issues with the Wi-Fi. We had no problems finding enough parking on the street in front of the house for the multiple cars for our big group. We would stay here again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachside house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and well-maintained the property was. The house was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offered stunning views of the beach and ocean. It was the perfect blend of comfort and style. The location was ideal for a beach getaway, just a short walk to the sand, which made it easy to enjoy the beach throughout the day. The sound of the waves was incredibly soothing, and we spent many evenings relaxing on the deck, watching the sunset. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—high-quality kitchen appliances, cozy bedding, and even beach gear like towels and chairs. We felt right at home from the start. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and answering any questions we had about the area.

Samantha's ShArK BiTe GeT-A-WaY is the perfect spot for a nice long weekend at the beach. It can sometimes be tough finding a dog friendly AirBNB with all of the amenities and a great location, so we were grateful to come across it. It is a very functional space for families or a group of friends. They did a very nice job on the recent renovation. One of the bedrooms has separate access outside so if traveling in a group of friends it could come in handy. Also, the bunk bed was a big hit with our little one. The street is very quiet and reminiscent of Key West with all of the eclectic homes and their paint jobs. The walk to the beach took less than 5min and the house was loaded with extras: beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, tent, etc... Also, Flagler is only two blocks away so you are close to all of the restaurants and entertainment but you are far enough to have the peace and quiet. Samantha went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be back!

This place was super cute and just one street over from the beach! We packed up our wagon and all of our beach stuff and walked across Atlantic Avenue and the beach was right there. Great location for walking to so very yummy restaurants also. We were also able to check in a little bit early, which was great since we arrived into town earlier than we thought. There are beach chairs and sand toys and shovels available for the beach as well. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Beautiful rental within walking distance to everything (beaches, restaurants, boating, shops). The home was pristine and so well thought out. Every one had privacy and their own space to spread out. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom plus a half bath downstairs. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and pantry was huge. Boat dock was a bit of a walk but easy to access and the boat was in a safe spot so we never worried. We would definitely stay here again! One of the nicest rentals we’ve ever had in new smyrna beach. We had the best of both worlds with boating access and walkable beaches.

We stayed for a week in early April. It is a very nice place. It is 3 stories so know you are getting some stairs. It is super close to the beach with parking spots for 4 cars. That makes it easy since there is no need to drive to the beach. The hosts were very responsive when we needed to communicate. I would stay there again for sure.
