5++++stars vacation destination! My family and I are so glad we chose this place for our beach vacation—it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better, right across the street from the beach. It’s ideal for a relaxing late afternoon walk or just enjoying some time by the ocean. The home itself was clean, cozy, and peaceful—exactly what we were hoping for. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We enjoyed a wonderful 3 day getaway in Donna's condo in Ormond Beach! The location was perfect - our balcony and bedroom looked directly out over the ocean and we could hear the waves with the windows open...exactly what we were looking for! It was extremely quiet and peaceful in the condo community and on the beach. Lots of great shopping & restaurants nearby, even within walking distance. We took a day trip up to St Augustine (a beautiful 1 hour drive up the coastline) and enjoyed taking in the sights and dining options there as well. The condo itself was meticulously clean, very cozy with comfortable beds and furniture, lots of extras like nice toiletries, extra pillows & blankets and beach supplies (chairs, towels etc), and a well-stocked kitchen & pantry essentials. The laundry facilities in the unit made it easy to launder wet swim clothes & towels. Heated community pool was a big plus. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing. Host went above and beyond to help us with your plans. Also had everything you would need to make our vacation great. Very organized, clean, warm and friendly. The view was majestic with sunrise and sunset. We would highly recommend it and would definitely go back!!!

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

This was an amazing location to be at with amazing beach and pool access. About a mile from the board walk so it is an easy walk that can be taken on the beach. Hosts were very kind and quick to respond if there was any issue!

Quiet condo with incredible views. Right on the beach with a variety of activities for the kids. Ice cream, coffee, restaurants and grocery store all within a couple miles. Clean and cozy with space to spread out for five of us. Clean with plenty of towels. Everything we needed while we were there.

We are so grateful to Ali and Derrick for their support during our stay. Wouldn’t you know it, Hurricane Milton and his tornadoes decided to visit during our stay. We opted to stay through the storm and Ali kept us up to date on power and other services estimated restorations. Still enjoyed one of our favorite vacation spots. Beach was very accessible, pool and hot tub a delight and everything we needed for a great time in NSB.

As advertised! This place was great and the hosts were very responsive. Had an amazing time, great balcony views, and perfect set up to make you feel at home while being steps away from the beach! Definitely recommend and will be back!

Stayed a few days for NCA college nationals. Great location for the price. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The tiki bar, pool, and easy access to the beach made for a great time!

Mark’s place was exactly as described. He was very responsive to any questions I had. Overall, I had a great time staying there and thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the beach, and the local area.

awsome place to stay if your in Daytona, we will definitely be back in the future

The condo was beachfront just steps to the beach from the pool. The hottub was broken when we stayed which was a bummer but the pool is heated. There is a restaurant onsite by the pool which was convenient that has pizza, sandwiches, etc. the daytona beachshore sign is literally around the corner. The bandshell was about 17 min walk or 5 min drive. There is a parking lot across the street when we had Easter sunrise mass on the beach. The condo itself was clean, roomy that fit 6 of us. There were 2 balconies which was nice. Everything we needed was there. There are extra towels and beach towels and chairs. There were 2 bathroom with one jetted tub. It does have a handheld shower but if you want a stand in shower, the other bathroom has it. The kitchen was a little tight but we were able to deal with it. The microwave was a little small, only the small plate will fit. Theres a fullsize fridge, stove/oven, coffee maker, and toaster. It was a great stay!

She was very quick to respond to emails, and very helpful in the questions that I had. She forwarded all information to me, and checked when we arrived to make sure we got in okay! We had a wonderful stay, and she even recommended a favorite restaurant in the area. I would highly recommend Diane, shes a terrific host!

Donald’s place was perfect for my friend and I to have a relaxing week in sunny Florida. His unit is as described and met all our needs. The location is ideal if you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway.

Newly remodeled and very well outfitted. Accommodations were very comfortable and had all of the amenities we were expecting. The host was spot on with details and instructions as well. We really enjoyed it and we will be returning.

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the condo. The second thing I noticed was the view. It was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. You have everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals. There is also a grill downstairs; although we didn’t get around to using it. There are beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella so you have to pack none of this. There is a heated outdoor pool which we really enjoyed. They also have restrooms at the pool which you can use rather than going from the beach to the condo. This is the first “heated” pool that I have actually been in that was heated. We enjoyed it even on windy cooler days. Luke is the ultimate host; checking in to make sure we got there and in the condo with no problems, checking during the week to make sure things were going well.

Great place to stay! the beach was really private and pool and beach access was so nice to have! the place was so clean and it was easy to get in and out (and felt very safe since it wasn't a crowded place and you had to use a key to get in and out)! would recommend and will stay again if we come back to the area!

Donald is a GREAT Host Friendly and very helpful, he even helped carry up our luggage ... Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need .. very clean and BEAUTIFUL views from both balcony's ... Pool is being repaired after Hurricanes so we could not use it .. But that is not Donalds fault .... We LOVED our stay and plan on going back!! We HIGHLY recommend staying here ... SUPER close to Daytona Activitys ...

Originally had paid reservations at a local Resort and Spa, only to learn last minute of their closure due to the hurricane. I was already in route for my daughter’s Cheer competition and had looked for a new place for two days with no luck. Everyone was booked due to the big event. Thank goodness for this host!. Not only was she very responsive but accommodating as well. She did not have availability for my entire stay (like everyone else) but worked with me and we made it work. The place is in a good location. It is a bit dated but very clean and safe, which was a huge for me as I scrambled last minute to find a place..The staff there was also very kind. Unfortunately they are still dealing with the remnants of the hurricane, so there was no pool or beach access. But not for a lack of trying, lots of construction going on, which limits parking a bit there too. Once complete, it’ll be excellent waterfront for families. But for now, I was just grateful to have a clean place to stay

I really enjoyed this airbnb. It had everything I needed and was clean and updated. I will be booking again in the near future. Plenty of room, very quiet. Great stay!

A beautiful place, set on a pretty quiet stretch of beach. Everyone that lives there is super friendly. Place was clean, and very welcoming. Had all the comforts of home. Nice pool, and well taken care of outside area. Would definitely come back again
