Nice, well appointed condo. Teen girls loved their studio apartment while my husband and I enjoyed the one bedroom apartment. We felt safe w the security of the building. Parking very convenient on same level of condo. Beautiful beach, nice pools, restaurants walking distance. Publix 10 min drive.

First and foremost, the view of the ocean from the unit is absolutely gorgeous! Both the master bedroom and the living room have floor to ceiling windows with clear and close up views of the oceans. The unit itself is extremely cozy and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The building itself is a bit on the older side and there isn't much around the surrounding areas, but this didn't matter as there was a very nice heated pool and the beach was just on the other side of the pool with private access to the building. Robert was responsive and periodically checked in on us. All in all an amazing experience and would love to visit again!

Nejma’s place was perfect for my 3 night stay. Her place is clean, comfortable and convenient. The beach and all the fun on Flagler Ave is easily walkable. I never drove once during my stay. The courtyard and breezeway on the grounds is a peaceful oasis that is decorated beautifully. Highly recommend grabbing a coffee at Cool Beans and taking it all in. Nejma is friendly and very personable. I’d stay again!

Beautiful place, gorgeous views and right on the beach. The hosts Scott and Selma were great! We will be returning either here or another one of their properties in the near future.

This place is better than as described. Clean. Spacious. Safe. conveniently located. Near conveniences like restaurants, the beach, drug stores, grocery stores, gas stations, whatever you could need or want. It’s in a nice building in a decent neighborhood. Hosts promptly responded to our requests regarding check-in time. Nothing ever went wrong while we were there that would have required to contact. But I’m quite sure they would act as promptly as they did before we arrived.

We loved verything about our stay. Had a view of the ocean. Great restaurants within walking distance. It was beautiful.

This is definitely worth the stay for 2-3 people. Very clean and updated. Host was super nice and helpful! Within walking distance of a few good restaurants and bars and short drive to more.

Maryna’s place was clean, updated & close to downtown. It was a perfect place for a weekend stay in Sanford, only a 10 minute uber to the downtown area where there is plenty to do- & nice clean & comfy sheets, towels, beds & couch to lay on. Nice outside porch on the back.

Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

My family stayed at Danie's for 6 days, and it was a perfect fit for us. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it was a good home base for us during the week. We cooked several meals during our stay, and the kitchen had all of the basics and a few extras that we needed. I especially loved the screened-in patio, which looked out onto the very peaceful and picturesque back yard. We expect to travel to the area again at this time next year, and would not hesitate to stay at Danie's home again.

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The fenced backyard was perfectly convenient traveling with our dog. Eileen was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend it and will be considering other Airbnb’s over pet friendly hotels in the future.

Our stay in Kim's house in Daytona beach was great. The house is located 13 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the speedway and 10 min from DME sports academy. The house was as described and clean. The patio area and yard was great for everyone to socialize, play ping pong and cornhole we brought. The kitchen has everyhting we needed. Kim was an amazing host prior to and during the visit. She even dropped off new pillows when I mentioned that was the only thing she should look at upgrading- they were on the porch when we got back from our game! Great hospitality and cares about her guests stay!

The house was very clean and open. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard to run around. Everything was new. We also like the garage being big to pull in our vehicle in. It's not far at all from Downtown Sanford with great local shops and food.

Would 100% recommend this place. It was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. Beautiful views of the ocean .

Donald’s place was perfect for my friend and I to have a relaxing week in sunny Florida. His unit is as described and met all our needs. The location is ideal if you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway.

The condo was perfect! Daniel had amenities stocked like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The beds were comfortable. There were chairs, flotations, tents, and things to use to play on the beach. The pool was clean and comfortable to spend the day lounging engrossed in a good book. The location close to Daytona, yet in a quieter areal, was ideal!

Look no further for your stay at Daytona Beach! Especially with kids. Super convenient location to the beach. Condo has everything you can need. Beach toys and equipment, Beach reads, fully stocked kitchen (crock pot too!), puzzles and games for kids, bedtime books for kids... favorite part of the stay was the beautiful view from the dining room. We loved watching the beach and city every morning and evening. Condo was clean and welcoming. Host was extremely responsive, definitely recommend this location!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

I would just like to start off with the place. The surroundings are beautiful if you are on the porch you can see the river and the ocean you get an amazing view of the sunset. There are so many things to do in Daytona Beach and this was the second time I have stayed here at Carries Condo. Definitely will be staying again! The condo is always clean and the kitchen is stocked with any utensils you need for your Vacation/Stay. I absolutely love staying in this condo.
