Apartment vacation rentals in New Smyrna Beach

First and foremost, the view of the ocean from the unit is absolutely gorgeous! Both the master bedroom and the living room have floor to ceiling windows with clear and close up views of the oceans. The unit itself is extremely cozy and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The building itself is a bit on the older side and there isn't much around the surrounding areas, but this didn't matter as there was a very nice heated pool and the beach was just on the other side of the pool with private access to the building. Robert was responsive and periodically checked in on us. All in all an amazing experience and would love to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s place. Comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower, and was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is just lovely with the cascading trees and amenities and beach very close by!

We were very happy with our stay...unbeatable location and value for us. Catherine was willing to let us check in a couple of hours early. We had a bit of a hiccup getting in the front gate but Catherine was readily available to help us and the rest of our stay was great. I'm hopeful we can schedule another stay next year.

The apartment was perfect, my son and DiL were traveling with a toddler, they appreciated the kid friendly extras Andrea had put in place for their visit. This apartment is truly a hidden gem in Port Orange.

This was a really nice spot. Would definitely come back to stay and enjoy the beach and enjoy the sights. Our room was very clean and comfortable Thanh has made the most of the room and made it feel welcome. The building itself has more to be desired but that is not in Thanh control. Very nice amenities and super easy to communicate with.

We have been to Jeep Beach 3 years now and found Airbnb's. I am also a superhost. This is the only one we have already said we want to come back to because we felt so comfortable and peaceful! You had everything here and it was very relaxing. Even close to the ramp to enter the beach. We couldn't ask for more. I even enjoyed putting my OCD to use and cleaning up but there were no cleaners at hand so I used basic water, dish soap and the broom. Lisa is an excellent administrator and hostess for your team! She is right on top of everything! You couldn't ask for a better leader!!! She contacted me the day before thru text and we were all set! Looking forward to another return! Wonderful time away in a lovely, serene apartment. Perfect for two. Clean, well furnished with a variety of coffee pot options that kept us smiling. The beach--across A-1A--was fantastic and so enjoyable . We hadn't planned a beach trip but everything we needed was there: chairs, umbrella, beach towels and sand sifters for shell hunting. Ahhhh. Delightful!

Nice, well appointed condo. Teen girls loved their studio apartment while my husband and I enjoyed the one bedroom apartment. We felt safe w the security of the building. Parking very convenient on same level of condo. Beautiful beach, nice pools, restaurants walking distance. Publix 10 min drive.

This was our second stay in this building but the first time in Ryley’s unit. We enjoyed Ryley’s unit more than we did the last unit we stayed in. The wife and I came in for Bike week and the place was just a short drive to Main Street but far enough away for when we wanted to relax! We will look for this unit in the future!

Due to unforeseen circumstances with a scheduled rental, Dennis came through at the last minute over the New years holiday and responded promptly late in the evening to answer questions and confirm that the location could be rented on New years eve. Greatly appreciated. Being able to have balconies ocean front from both bedrooms and living room was wonderful.

Exactly as described. View was amazing and easy access to the beach. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in Daytona at Selma’s condo! Selma and Scott were very nice and sent many good local recommendations. The location of the condo is ideal as it is directly beside beach access, and across the street from many things such as a large CVS, 7/11, and Yaya’s bar. The area was quieter than downtown but only a short drive away! My friends and I would definitely stay again!

My husband and I booked a quick 2 night getaway at Maddy’s and had a great time! The room was exactly as described and the view was breathtaking!! Every morning we woke up to a sunrise in bed. We were able to walk right into the beach from the hotel. Everything you needed was in the room and ready to use! The room was beautifully decorated and the beach chairs were a plus to have available as we forgot ours. Would highly recommended this condo A ++++ service and great communication back and forth with Maddy :)

Stayed at a couple places in edgewater but chinas place was quiet & homey. Loved it would definitely stay again!!

needs to be more specific on details.. the listing says he stays there sometimes. but he actually lives there full time... didn't have as much privacy as we were expecting. but Richard was a great host, very nice!

Jarod gave good information . I had no problem checking in. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and accommodating. I have no complaints and would recommend Jarod's place to others. The room was in close proximity to the boardwalk and other attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was pristine and clean and just as pictured. Nice, quiet area, too! Sarah’s place is a gem to stay at if you’re ever in Sanford!

I've stayed at multiple of Daniela's spots in the area. She always leave each space clean, neat and has a consistency of her standards as a host. This particular space is very cute for an individual or a couple. All the basic needs, good toiletry products. This space has a great shower and all of her places have basic seasons and an air fryer. Big bonus for me.
