There’s room for trailers and or RV’s. 20 Plus restaurants within 1/4 mile. Worlds Most Famous Beach is 15 min away. A great safe area for kids. 40min to Everything!!! Beautiful efficiency, sleeps 2 adults and two children comfortably! Fully furnished, with all the little details taken care of. Just pack your clothes and head to beautiful historic Deland, Florida! With so many attractions within driving, your schedule will be packed. There are many natural springs in the area to explore by kayak, boat or bike!! 40 min. to beaches, 40 min. to attractions!! We do accepts pets, the fees and registration must be paid on the app.

This is a fully equipped studio apartment in Northwest Square DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church. Located on the Historic Registry, Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and queen sized bed.
