House vacation rentals in New Brighton

Beautiful home and property that served our mini family reunion well. What a treat to have a lovely patio and pool area to hang out and enjoy the surrounding nature. Lots of room for sitting/enjoying meals together outside (and inside) and loved seeing the chicken and horses in the property. Harmala was very responsive during our stay and we appreciated her flexibility with our check-in and departure times. Added bonus was the multiple gorgeous flower arrangements she made with all of the blooming flowers on the property. Thank you, Harmala!

My wife and I loved staying at this beautiful house!! The house was extremely nice, the pool was incredible, and patio was very relaxing. The house was also perfectly clean and had a great ambience and decor. We thought the hosts were great and they did an amazing job making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our trip. We would highly recommend staying there!!

We had a wonderful stay at Samantha's place! The home was very clean upon arrival which a #1 priority for me. It had great amenities and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is located on the end of a peaceful street close to a wooded park. Down the street is a lake and playground. The neighborhood is walkable, but also within 5 min distance to Target, Trader Joes, and many other handy amenities. I also enjoyed the morning sunlight in the living room and the afternoon sunlight in the kitchen/dining area. Downstairs had surround sound which felt like a movie theater! We also enjoyed the pac man station, etc. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. Samantha was very easy to communicate with and exceptionally responsive when the door battery ran out - literally was able to fix it within 5 minutes. We also appreciated the generous snacks and coffee provided. A great find!

We had a small group of boxers in town for some fights and they thought the place was amazing. The hot tub was a special treat after they competed! The home was absolutely gorgeous, so much room. The area is quiet as well! Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

We were 11 adults and 2 kids. There’s enough space for everybody yet it still feels homey. The place is clean and instructions are easy to follow. The hosts are very responsive and made the stay delightful. Amenities are complete and made our stay convenient. 15 mins drive to Mall of America and a few minutes drive to the Eagan Outlet. We would recommend this place to a large group. Would come back if we get a chance!

We needed a place for 3 small families to stay for a larger family event. This place for was perfect! We had more than enough space for all of us! The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities provided like coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lots of towels! The home is three floors so there is privacy, but also plenty of communal space. There were so many little toys provided for children; a pool table, air hockey, a bar area, and tons of books and board games. The home backs up to a park that has tons of open space and is located in a quiet location. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Pictures do not do this place justice! This beautiful house right on the river was a fantastic stay! Very quiet and peaceful, we had everything we needed and the house was spotless! Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!

I always stay here when I'm in town. The space is bright and clean and cozy. The kitchenette has everything I need to eat in when I want to save a little money. The hosts are always so friendly and helpful. Can't wait until my next visit!

George is keeping in touch with you when ever you need something. The house is remodeled to the modern style with almost everything up to date furnitures. It's super clean and fresh. The host got the place well prepared for us to enjoy the stay. Love it and Thank you George !

The house was exactly as pictured. It appeared to have been recently refreshed in every room. It was spotless! The kitchen was well equipped. Quiet neighborhood with parks and playgrounds within walking distance. The unit is well placed for easy access throughout the metroplex. We visit Minneapolis several times a year and hope to stay at The Orchard again!

Convenient location, host made check in/check out easy. Perfect for kids - use of garage was a huge bonus!

Really cute house and fun location! It is a great spot for a relaxing getaway. Walked to a couple nearby, delicious restaurants. Loved the front porch swing, hot tub, and having a washer and dryer accessible. Thanks for hosting us!

We came to town for a special event and enjoyed having the calm, spacious home and peaceful neighborhood as home base rather than one of the hotels. Lots within walking distance. Great book collection in the library!

Very clean, well appointed unit in quiet area convenient to downtown. Street parking was very easy. Check in was a breeze. We were grateful for the pack n play and the surprise perk of the playground across the street. Many nice touches throughout the apartment (tea/coffee, extra blankets, noise machines, numerous kitchen utensils) that made our stay very comfortable. Chad was very communicative and offered recommendations for restaurants. We would happily stay again.

We were in town for a couple of shows, and found the location perfect for getting in and out of the city and “home” to a quiet and comfortable place. The 90s details were soooo much fun. I highly recommend handing a tape and/or a VHS cassette to a Gen Z person with no instructions—hilarious! They left no details overlooked with the 90s theme and the comfortable amenities. Highly recommend!

This place was beautiful, just like the pictures shown. The sunrise and sunset views from the dining area were beautiful. Denise was also extremely accommodating and responsive whenever we had a question. We loved it here!

House is loaded with technology. Everyone loved the heated toilets. Large kitchen that was clean and user friendly. Nice partial view of lakes with nice sunset view at night. About 2 miles from downtown white bear lake with nice restaurants. Easy drive (30 min) to downtown Minneapolis. Was about 35 minutes from airport and Mall of America.

Shannon’s place was lovely to stay in, I would definitely recommend staying here. Shannon is a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place in Minneapolis! The home was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and clearly well cared for. Andrea was quick to respond when I couldn’t find something, which I really appreciated. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, and it was close to everywhere we needed to get to — super convenient. We were in town to celebrate a special event and also enjoyed a lovely Easter dinner during our stay — the space was perfect for both. Highly recommend staying here!
