Second stay and won’t be our last! Lovely place to stay in an area with so much to enjoy.

Truly, this spot is magical:). What makes it so cool is that it has an amazing front terrace with couches, chairs, and frig. Yet, a lovely shaded courtyard in back! Each bedroom is very private from others and has its own bath. Any questions I might have had were promptly answered with a joyful service vibe! Super clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable stay. We loved the outdoor deck. We sat out for coffee in the morning. Nice walk to downtown Neptune Beach. It took us about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Comfortable beds but noise at night could be a little much. We would take a fan next time to help block it. Overall great stay!!

Chris’s place was amazing! The best location imagine, close to everything fun but very quiet and peaceful at night. Loved the private yard with a shower that we could wheel the Beach wagon and gear in and not have to carry the stuff into a house (we had our own bikes we also conveniently locked right in the yard, but highly recommend renting bikes, it was a great biking area.). Upstairs deck was also amazing. The kitchen is pristine with all modern appliances, and the washer and dryer were nice when we had to dry a couple things. The heatless fire gave a calming ambience in the common room for chatting and catching up with some old friends. I would highly recommend to anyone!
