Vacation rentals with breakfast in Neptune Beach

Heidi made our Easter 🐣 a wonderful one! very responsive host! very clean spacious home with lots of beds to sleep everyone! Coffee with fresh cream! and a very pristine bathroom! Milo-ve and Gordo 🐾 was very happy with their stay as well they had a great time lizard hunting! would definitely stay here again. quiet and quaint neighborhood! close to downtown!!

My all time favorite stay. The house is charming, artistic and quirky in the best sense. Leah is the loveliest host. Her artistic and cheerful nature is expressed in the interior as she continually curates the decor. Fun surprises are around every corner. The neighborhood abounds with walkable restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, bike rental, bookstores, a library and necessities like a pharmacy and grocery. A local bus service can get you further afield to an even wider selection with no need for a car. Leah goes far out of her way to make sure all of her guests are comfortable and happy. (She bakes THE MOST amazing goodies)! Thank you, Leah for all your kindness and for creating such a happy place. I can’t wait to come back!

Had an excellent stay. Beautiful home and location and we loved the fenced in yard and other amenities. The large soaking bathtub was wonderful and a surprise. I will definitely look at booking here again!

Mark was a great host. We booked same day and he was very accommodating and helpful. We would stay here again. It was a work trip so I can’t speak to the vacation aspects of the area but the property was perfect for our needs and as pictured and described. Thank you Mark!

My friends and I had an absolute blast staying at this incredible Airbnb house! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the space was perfectly decorated with all the amenities. From the cozy bedrooms to the spacious living area, every detail was thoughtfully considered. Also, they stocked the house with tasty snacks, thoughtful toiletries, and refreshing drinks - it was the little touches that made a big difference! We also appreciated the abundance of plush towels - no need to worry about doing laundry mid-stay! The real showstopper, though, was the stunning view of the lake from the house. It was breathtaking! We loved sipping coffee in the morning and watching the sunset in the evenings over the water. The neighborhood was charming and quiet, which made for a super relaxing stay. We all loved the vibe of the house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying an Kristen's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The communication with Kristen was smooth and prompt, the booking and check in was hassle-free. The house was very clean and nicely beachy decorated providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were perfect, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (loved having a washer and dryer). Best of all was the location, a short walk to the beach and just a few blocks from shops, nightlife, and restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great options nearby. I also loved having easy parking as well Overall, our experience was amazing. I can not recommend Kristen and Van and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay - we will deninitely be back!

This little cozy air bnb was just perfect for the two of us. It was immaculate and just as described. The decorations were so perfect with so many little adorable touches. It was quiet, and very comfortable. It was well situated close to restaurants and stores. Easy to get to Jacksonville university and even the beaches! Daniel and Camy were very responsive and gave great dinner recommendations!

Had a great time in JAX! This spot was a great home base to go all over the northeast coast of Fl. Very clean and nice bathroom!

I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

Love love love! Felt right at home. It just felt like me and my sister, the colors, the decor, just perfect. I didn’t want to leave 😭 Definitely recommend, My sister was even in love with it too. She said sis, we have to book this when we come to Jax again. And I agree, I just hope when we do, it will be available.

Great as advertised! Nice relaxing location near to some medical services at UF Health. Easy to get to I-95 and downtown Jax. Already booked my next stay. :)
