Vacation rentals with breakfast in Duval County

Heidi made our Easter 🐣 a wonderful one! very responsive host! very clean spacious home with lots of beds to sleep everyone! Coffee with fresh cream! and a very pristine bathroom! Milo-ve and Gordo 🐾 was very happy with their stay as well they had a great time lizard hunting! would definitely stay here again. quiet and quaint neighborhood! close to downtown!!

Mark was a great host. We booked same day and he was very accommodating and helpful. We would stay here again. It was a work trip so I can’t speak to the vacation aspects of the area but the property was perfect for our needs and as pictured and described. Thank you Mark!

This house is a great location, close to beach, pool, pickle ball and tennis courts, yet is quiet and peaceful. The house is well equipped and great for a family. The beach at this part of the island is very nice and not over crowded. It’s a short 10 minute drive to downtown Fernandina or Fort Clinch.

The house looks just like the photos. Everything was neat and clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay there! The host was very clear on instructions which made the check in/out process very easy. The pool area was very clean! I would highly recommend this place to others. We would definitely book this place again for future stays in this area!

Saki is a very accommodating host. He Is responsive and hands on of you need him. Beautiful house, lots of outdoor space on the water. My friends and I had an absolute blast staying at this incredible Airbnb house! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the space was perfectly decorated with all the amenities. From the cozy bedrooms to the spacious living area, every detail was thoughtfully considered. Also, they stocked the house with tasty snacks, thoughtful toiletries, and refreshing drinks - it was the little touches that made a big difference! We also appreciated the abundance of plush towels - no need to worry about doing laundry mid-stay! The real showstopper, though, was the stunning view of the lake from the house. It was breathtaking! We loved sipping coffee in the morning and watching the sunset in the evenings over the water. The neighborhood was charming and quiet, which made for a super relaxing stay. We all loved the vibe of the house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking!

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The place was immaculate. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Everything you would need in bathrooms and kitchen was available. Hosts communicated clearly and effectively. We look forward to the opportunity to stay here again and it will be the first place we look for availability when returning to the area.

This little cozy air bnb was just perfect for the two of us. It was immaculate and just as described. The decorations were so perfect with so many little adorable touches. It was quiet, and very comfortable. It was well situated close to restaurants and stores. Easy to get to Jacksonville university and even the beaches! Daniel and Camy were very responsive and gave great dinner recommendations!

Had a great time in JAX! This spot was a great home base to go all over the northeast coast of Fl. Very clean and nice bathroom!

I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back
