House vacation rentals in Neptune Beach

My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Great place to stay with friendly neighbors. Quiet neighborhood and lots of nice places to visit. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous but I didn’t care for the openness of the master bathroom. No doors to the toilet area. The bathroom as a whole was really nice but when you’re sharing it with other people, there is no privacy. If I’m ever in the Jacksonville area, I would definitely stay here again!

Yuriy was very responsive her place is amazing. Very close to everything we needed. Hostess was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and the babies loved the pool! It was warm and was nice to not have to worry about it closing. ❤️❤️. We will definitely choose this location again!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and exceptionally well-stocked, more so than most Airbnbs I've stayed at. There were plenty of shower essentials, toilet paper, and the kitchen had everything we needed, plus some thoughtful extras like snacks and coffee. Every room had a smart TV, which was great for relaxing in the evenings. It's also a very kid-friendly house, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this host and home!

This was the most adorable and perfect bungalow! The location was absolutely perfect and so close to the beach. To say it was a 10 minute walk is a stretch. Certainly a 3 minute drive. Straight shot! We were near everything! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Even the daybed in the sunroom was comfortable! The kitchen had everything you needed and was just too cute! We went for my daughter’s 10th birthday and her friends loved it so much. They especially loved the outdoor dining we did on the last night and of course the fire pit! The memories made were priceless, to say the least. I can’t thank you all enough for such a wonderful and special time. We WILL be back!❤️

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. The property was just as pictured and described, everything we could need or want during our stay was there and available- fully stocked kitchen, beach toys and chairs, bikes. Check in was seamless and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We travel to Jacksonville a lot and will certainly be back!

My family and I stayed at Stephanie’s house for over a month and it was an incredibly comfortable stay. The location is super walkable to the Jax Beach pier, bars, restaurants and we especially loved walking our daughter to Gonzales Park which is newly redone with pickle ball court and huge playground. Everything is so close! Can’t say enough good things!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The outside area is very relaxing. Short walk to native sun (local grocery story) was nice to grab hot meals, juices and snacks. Very close to the beach. But definitely stay here again.

Lovely, quiet location only a block from the beach. Well appointed. Nice for our long weekend stay.

The host was very proactive in communicating with us prior to the trip. She even provided an extra special treat for us. Our group loved the pool. The house was spacious and was a great space for our family gathering.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay with my newborn for a wedding. Location was perfect for the wedding venue and was super close to the beach. I appreciated the house having a pack n play and bouncer for the baby as well. We would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves in town.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive and provided some good info and recommendations in the local area. The pool was great, the beds were comfortable, and the house was nicely decorated.

Had a great time. The rental was just what we needed. There were 3 of us and later another guest arrived. We were there for my daughter’s wedding reception in Atlantic Beach but also a beach vacation. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops some within walking distance or just a short car or bike ride away. There were 4 beach cruiser bikes provided to get around. Also some beach gear, chairs a wagon and even beach towels. The beach is across a busier street so you must be very careful when getting across. This rental has a small yard but big enough for what we needed. We brought our dog and she enjoyed the yard. Holden is an excellent host, the first few days of our stay we had a plumbing issue but Holden took care of it right away and the issue was resolved. We loved the neighborhood and took walks daily, sometimes morning and evening. The amenities provided were adequate and and we didn’t run out of the basics. If you ask if we would stay here again our answer is YES

We really enjoyed staying at this cute cottage. I was a little sad you had to pay extra to use the hot tub and grill because I somehow missed this in the listing. However, she explained why and I totally understand. The location was so convenient an easy walk to the beach and to several restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

James and Anthony were absolutely amazing hosts! Very informative and very helpful. Everything about beachwood is great, location, amenities and even the friendly neighbors made our weekend vacation worth every moment! We WILL be back!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Well kept, quiet area and minutes from the beach with many other activities to do. Very spacious and clean. If we ever go back we would love to stay again.

Had a great time. We have never stayed at an air b&b before. Great location!!! Just steps from the ocean. The unit was very small but was fine for the 2 of us. Couldn't find the grill and contacted the owner and within 2 hours had a brand-new grill delivered to the home, so nice. Only issues we had, blinds in the kitchen were missing many of the slats leaving it open not very private. Very limited cooking utensils. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. I would definitely come back in the future and recommend to others as well.
