House vacation rentals in Neptune Beach

First time in Jacksonville and we fell in love with this neighborhood! The house is awesome!!! My 3 year old jumped right into the pool, it was her favorite thing to do!! The highways separate San Marco, this house is in the residential side but we easily walked under the highway without having to cross major roads to the part with all the restaurants and businesses…we walked to southern grounds with our young kids every morning for breakfast and coffee, it was incredible and so kid friendly! The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and lots of kids/families around, I wanted to buy a house here I loved it so much! The house was as described and perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were comfy, modern decor, really awesome! The best part was the backyard and pool, we spend a lot of time back there. Also just a great location to see lots of Jacksonville and check out the beaches nearby, we would absolutely stay here again! Very responsive and polite hosts!

Mark was very responsive, and welcoming. We loved the pool and hot tub! We also really enjoyed the pool table, and the spacious house. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Robin's place! Even if the weather was cool the pool temperature was perfect, we swam every day and everything was organized and clean! The kitchen had some coffee pods and snacks waiting for us as well as enough kitchen staples (oil, salt, sugar, foil, part towels, etc) to cook and dinnerware to serve! We only had one little issue the last night with a noise that didn't let us sleep well but we loved the property, the details and how friendly the hosts are. We are grateful for a great place to stay and recharge in the Ponte Vedra area. I personally recommend this home away from home and we hope to visit again!

The house was great for what we needed it for. The pool was awesome for our two kids. The master bathroom/bedroom was my husband and my favorite part of the house. We also loved how close it was to the beach just a two minute golf cart ride. The host was very responsive and when we had a couple issues they got them fixed quickly. My family would definitely stay there again.

Rachel’s beach house was everything we were looking for and more! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing ocean views that you could see from just about everywhere in the house. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Rachel was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. The location was perfect, right on the beach, making it very convenient. The pool was also a very nice addition. If you’re looking for the perfect beach escape, this is it!

Vera’s home was perfect for our annual golf trip. The place was perfect and very clean. The lake was a nice backdrop. Close to restaurants and golf courses. Highly recommended. Thank you John

I'm born and raised in the panhandle of FL but I live in texas in a city by Austin and when I tell you this house and area put me right back to my roots. I love peace and quiet and that's exactly what this place gives . love was made with this home and the warmth we felt and the energy that filled the home was amazing and just puts your mind at ease. truly blessed to be able to give my family this break and Vicky and Freddy was equally amazing every step of the way. if you have a big family like me and on the go and want to calm everything down and still have lots of family fun look no further than right here. Thanks again yall two and we will definitely be back.

I would rate this higher than five stars. The location was perfect for us to join the GORUCK HQ Ruck club for workouts and social gatherings. It was very easy to reach the beach. The beach chairs were a bonus for us to use as well. Everything about the home was excellent. We enjoyed soaking up the rays in the backyard, followed by a meal in the back under the giant shade tree. The furniture was all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking meals at home. We look forward to a return visit to Jax Beach and making this our rental again.

Comfortable home, clean and easy access to to hwy and parks nearby.

Great property for us while attending an event at the Jacksonville Equestrian Center. Directions were easy. The weather was cold and we weren't she how to switch to the furnace and they answered our question within a few minutes. Very clean and private rental.

Nikki’s place was nothing less than AMAZING! We felt right at home our entire stay! She was very helpful and very very responsive at all hours of the day/night! Will definitely book here any time I’m in Jacksonville! Thanks again Nikki!

Amazing spaces indoor and out. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pullout couch. Sleeps 8 adults (willing to share beds) and 4 children (pullout couch and blow up mattress). Plenty of room for cooking, dining, well-equipped kitchen w/ air fryer, 2 coffee makers, crock pot and more. Great location 20 minutes from anything. Walked to stores (1.5 miles each way). Games and puzzles. Great master suite. Takes a few minutes to get hot water to back bathrooms, but be patient, it’s worth it. This could be a repeat for us!

Host was able to meet my groups unique needs, included some last minute changes!

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

Wonderful stay! We only needed to stay for one night but would have been extremely comfortable if we had needed to stay longer. We had five in our party. The house is very spacious and is exactly as described. Host was helpful with questions and helpful with other accommodations that were needed. Quiet area and absolutely perfect for a family. I highly recommend this house. We will be returning. Thank you for a perfect place.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, we loved the “Good Times” light and so many little details that made it feel like a vacation home. Enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. Jacksonville is a wonderful city to visit. Will be back soon!

Very unique place in a great location. Has everything you need and a nice, clean pool. The secret opening for the master bedroom was a nice touch, and we also enjoyed playing on the arcade cabinet. Would stay again!
